RLR Distribution 

Excellent TV, and fast delivery, thanks RLR distribution.

So ordered TV for christmas, started to fault so arranged for a return so on Thursday I ring they say I've missed the slot for a new one being sent oyt but will send it friday. Friday comes around get a text it will be with you Saturday morning before 12.
It's now 1135 no delivery so called them only to be told they haven't even sent it out from their warehouse.
So angry and now a weekend without a TV and probably won't get it till late next week....

First delivery date notified by text from the courier. Late on that first delivery date with no explanation - just didn't turn up. 4 days later text message informs us of the new delivery date. Arrived on time but opened the box to find the TV screen was cracked. Recommend they use a different courier service!
Customer service accepted the fault and arranged to have the TV picked up within a 4 hour window a few days afterwards. This was done on time.
They didn't have any more of the same model in stock so ended up having to pay more with another retailer. By the time I get the new TV it will have been 15 days from the original purchase. Not a very good experience really.

Ordered LG tv. It was easy, just ordered and after few days it was delivered to me.

The item appears to be repackaged, which leads me to believe this was used and not New as was advertised. Shipping process is also a bit convoluted. I think I would refrain from any further orders from them.

Update: It was nice for RLR team to respond with the explanations. Did calm a few fears. But I am still not very happy about the general shipping process experience.

Took a week to deliver. But arrived in the time slot when said. Can't complain really. Will use again

When first tv turned up with a damaged box which had already been opened and re sealed, we had our reservations, but RLR sorted collection and re delivery of new tv within a few days and second delivery was perfect. Great communication via email throughout. Thanks, would use again!

My parcel is not here, indeed a text which I believe is automated that my parcel will be delivered today 4th December, after calling parcel force, Birmingham depoet, I was told that the parcel has not been dropped off by the retailers. So all this lies stating i will get my parcel today when is not even passed onto parcel.force deport.

Tried to buy an amazon exclusive tv from these guys through amazon but was just being given the run around by amazon. So called rlr direct and explained the hassle i had to the chap and sorted me out same. Top guys there

I used RLR as they were the cheapest for an LG TV – using a link from Which? Website. AO.Com and other big names were a similar price but some wanted £30 for delivery within five days. RLR made no delivery promises but TV turned up the next day. Cannot fault service & speed. Also an excellent product. Would not hesitate to use RLR again.

Order arrived in very short time all in tact - even quicker than I thought it would be and delivery was free

I ordered a large tv, they confirmed it was in stock and spoke to the delivery company to confirm delivery times. I placed the order and everything happened when they said it would. Can’t ask for anything more.
