Fantastic service, saved our trip!

Needed a new tyre today (Saturday) due to a puncture from nail. Had a long journey home tomorrow and desperately needed a new tyre. luckily found road mate uk on Google! I had a technician at my address within 90 mins and new tyre fitted in 20 mins. Great efficient stress free service from start to finish

Fast and efficient service better prices than others

I can't recommend Roadmate enough! After our car hit a pothole on a Sunday afternoon, causing a complete flat tyre, I reached out to them via WhatsApp. I was impressed by their prompt response—within minutes, I received a reply. An hour later, an excellent technician arrived and quickly took care of changing the tyre. His professionalism and efficiency were top-notch, and he made the whole process stress-free. The initial price they tell you and what they charge are vastly different . Scammers .. avoid at all cost.

Quick response, wasn’t a great price at £240 but it had to be done due to being on the m5, hour wait and we were back on the road, the chap tried selling us more tyres but got refused

I had a huge puncture on the school run today, parked in a public car park. I tried my usual tyre people but couldn’t fit until tomorrow but couldn’t stay in the car park overnight. Needed a solution and this was excellent. The van was with me in an hour and he was excellent

At approx 12:38,I called RoadMate and they advised the cost of providing call out charge and cost of tyre and fitting.

I was advised between 45-90 mins
The technician arrived at about 2pm. Tyre fitted and he checked my other tyres too.
I can see a lot of negative reviews for this company. I can only report how I was dealt with.

Fast response, was with me within an hour all sorted with 2 hours. Very nice guy (hope your hands ok) no hidden costs.

Tyre damage on Sunday evening .
Instant response gave details of location and tyre required, paid deposit.
Given timeline of 40-80 mins, only bad part was took almost 2 hrs, but alternative would have been to wait for tyre shops to open the following morning.
When fitter arrived job completed in 15-20mins by friendly and professional guy. Paid balance and was on way home .

Checked online who might be available to sort my tyre out on a sunday night , sent a text gave my details no issues guy came out and did the necessary work no complaints all good

Can’t speak highly enough of Road Mate, I hit a pot hole on the M25 and struggled to get into London Colney petrol station car park with a flat tyre, just over an hour later my car was back on the road . Communication at all times as well. Thank you so much 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻

Punctured two tyres after hitting a pothole, googled Roadmate when RAC wasn’t much help, contacted me through WhatsApp after filling out their online form and informed them I needed two tyres, quoted me 40-90 minutes which to be fair they did arrive within that timeframe. Within 20 mins, both tyres had been taken off and replaced and I was on my way, alittle pricey but I was in a area where no tyre place nearby and my own breakdown company wasn’t any help so couldn’t really argue with it, at this point just wanted to get home. Would use again if needed.

They arrived so quickly and they doing a werry good job and making a good price I recommend it for everyone
