Robert Dias have the most amazing range…

Robert Dias have the most amazing range of stuff from gardening equipment, tools, electrical stuff to small appliances.. and you can send and receive parcels with them as well.. good value and super helpful staff and their new loyalty scheme is great as well!

I recieved my kettle and toaster…

I recieved my kettle and toaster quickly and am delighted with them also the price was about the lowest I could find so that’s why I chose this company! However I was buying the matching microwave and had it in my basket at £99 when I tried to buy the price went up to £129 so I have not ordered! I don’t know why the price changed!

Horrendous customer service

I ordered a furniture set last week (I could have got this cheaper elsewhere but the delivery was 'quicker' with robert dyas) this was due to be delivered by Thursday, I waited in all day and nothing arrived, phoned customer service who had no idea who the delivery company was, eventually after me having to chase numerous times I had contact with the delivery company who advised robert dyas had only despatched this morning so it would not be delivered until Tues and that someone need be there as they're only doing kerb side delivery unless robert dyas was willing to pay extra for next day delivery as it was their mistake that its late, again I contacted them and was told no, kindly wait until Tues! Tues is not do able for me! I have asked them just to cancel the order and am now told 48 hours to confirm calculation then 5-7 days for refund! Do not order from this company you just end up playing a long waiting game and ending up with nothing!! Also the call centre read of script even if the conversation does not make sense! Avoid!!

Absolutely usless when dealing with…

Absolutely usless when dealing with theor customer service !
Emailed them, no reply
Called the 3 days no resolve....
Only sent half an order out and I was forced in to waiting for a delivery that didnt take place.
Told an email was sent to the courier to release the item only to have been lied to as the courier did not receive such an email!
Absolutely shocking company to deal wotu

Unfortunately there is no negative…

Unfortunately there is no negative review as that is what I would ah e given otherwise! Delivery was suppose to come on 8th July and still haven’t received it. Reached out through contact us and they have no idea of where the delivery is and when it will Ibe delivered and the company sends out review email! Pathetic service.

Great holster pruning saw

Needed a new pruning saw and RD had a branded option on sale. I had been to the garden centre the day before so I knew for under £8 it was a bargin...so i bought two! Really quick to arrive but I'm surprised as a really sharp bladed item they didn't need signing for.

Sent 2 items the same rather than one…

Sent 2 items the same rather than one of each, and packaging of the items was atrocious. Squashed into a bix made feom 3 sep boxes. Customer services sais they would email my local store and they didnt.
