Helpful,kind and friendly staff.

I enjoy visiting the store as the displays make me think about improvements at home,especially the kitchen and garden. The Staff recognise me as a regular customer, and I purchase bird food regularly. I love the cleanliness and creqtive displays.

Ive always loved Robert days but i…

Ive always loved Robert days but i ordered some sun loungers that was meant to be delivered thursday. Not heard from to say will be late. Absolute silence. I called got the excuse of hot weather gave me 20%off...still not recieved or even heard from them when my delivery is due. I will be rain bathing

Ropey Business

Ordered a fan that was in stock on 22nd of May. Noticed on 23rd it wouldn't be delivered until 13th of October. Immediately asked to cancel the order and have a full refund. Received an email on 25th saying they were looking into it. Received another email a day later saying it was going to be dispatched. And then another email on 28th saying that since it's dispatch stage they can no longer provide a refund. DPD tracking is still saying they're waiting to receive the item from Robert Dyas.
First time I've brought from them turns out to be the last. Ropey business.

We are sorry for the experience you have described and apologise if your cancellation request was not actioned in time by our supplier. We fully appreciate how frustrating this must be, particularly as you contacted us shortly after placing the order.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will do what we can to place a return-to-sender request with the courier to intercept the parcel.

However, if this is not possible and the delivery does arrive we would recommend refusing the delivery where possible, as this will ensure the item is returned to us and a refund can be processed automatically once received back.

We appreciate this is not the ideal situation and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item, but the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, it was easy to return it, so I ordered another water fountain instead which is hopefully right. It was a fabulous item I sent back and I received my new item within 2 day. Excellent service - gold stars⭐️

Outdoor 2 seater garden bench

I’m extremely disappointed with this product. When I opened the already damaged box, I found both arms of the bench were marked and damaged, and one of the corners of the seating frame was chipped. The corner of the table had a paint defect, with the paint already flaking off and rust showing through.

I had planned to give this bench as a present, but there is absolutely no way I would gift something in this condition. The overall quality feels cheap, poorly finished, and nowhere near acceptable.

I’m very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone.

The sticker on the bowl was very…

The sticker on the bowl was very difficult to get off. In fact the glue remains in the bottom of it. It's unsightly, makes it impossible to use for food and unhygienic. I'm happy with the bowl but not having to spend half an hour removing some ridiculous sticker!

Awful service and no checking of…

Awful service and no checking of…
Awful service and no checking of products before they are sent
Ordered a rug and it came the wrong size / we’re told once it’s returned they would send the correct size but then a few days after returning we wee told we had to re order it
We rang ( took 40 mins to answer the phone) to confirm it was the going to be the correct size and guess what - it’s arrived the same wrong size again . Ringing again now and it’s been 30 mins on hold so far .
Terrible service will not shop there again
