Immensely grateful for the service…

Immensely grateful for the service provided by Robert Luff in purchasing my home at a very difficult time for me. They were professional, ever patient and extremely knowledgeable. I particularly would like to recommend Jayne, Henry and Max for their utmost dedication and commitment in the process. Very impressive!

Not very helpful at all

Not very helpful at all. Spoke to one of their mortgage advisors who said will email the forms I need to submit for them to review as we are interested in one of their properties, no email received. It’s been 5 days now. No callback whatsoever.

Great service, poor communication

Managed to get a viewing the same day I called which was great. I was told I'd be sent an application form but didn't receive one. After calling back the next day to chase the missing forms, I was told specific representatives allocated to the property would call me back. After no response for 2 hrs I called back where I was told I only get a form if the LL agrees to my req for application. I will update my review as I go through this process but so far the communication hasn't been great.

Useless

Useless! Tried several calls over 2 days to arrange viewings on 3 properties after complaining we were given 1 viewing only to be called back later and told it was under offer. Also 3 months ago my daughter called them for a rental property 5 times and never received a call back
