Order our exotic birds food from here every few weeks and it's delivered straight to the house within a couple of working days... And even when I made a typing error they phoned me to double check the delivery address would highly recommend this company

Not impressed with the service. Once again item delivered days late and then had to request the next day delivery charge be refunded (3 times) asking for confirmation which was never received. It really would be appropriate to apologise when orders are for whatever reason delayed.

When they said one of their items was out of stock, they quickly fixed that and then dispatched it out to me. I thought that was really good.

Seamless service as in the passed when l have made a purchase.

We have dealt with Robharvey for many years. Now in our mid eighties, we only have very few birds, so consequently don't require to much bird food, (lorinectar). The service we get for our small amount is as good as if we were ordering a large quantity.

Ordered my products on the Saturday didn’t get them until the Thursday and I paid next day delivery at £6-95 as you can see it was late and a waste of money should have paid standard delivery very disappointed won’t bother ordering from Rob Harvey again unless i get an apology
