Can’t fault the fact they TRIED to sell my flat in Catford - however the market is rubbish and in the end I secured a deal with an investor. The problem lies in that i think the branch manager was ve... See more

Rainham Branch …. Truly amazing
I just put my property on the market with Robinson Michael Jackson, Rainham and Learna attended initially for discussion. She told me exactly what was going to happen and when and, as promised, she started the process. She acted in a very professional manner at all times. She attended a second time with her colleague Dan who was going to manage the open house. On the day of the open house Dan attended, he looked extremely smart and put me at ease. He took his shoes off to encourage viewers to do the same which I thought was really kind. The day went well and we had an offer the next day.
Both Learna and Dan are amazing ambassadors for RMJ, they dressed very well and they spoke very well putting us at ease and managing our expectations at all times. RMJ are lucky to have them and I hope that the process continues just as well with their two colleagues who are now managing the sale.
Thank you Learna and Dan.
The Maintenance Department
The Maintenance Department resolves emergency call very quickly.
I would definitely recommend them.
Buying a property
Buying a house it's very long and difficult period. Thanks to Sarah and her team we made it happen. Thank you so much for your continuous support. We are very greatful .
Absolutely terrible agents…
I mostly dealt with the Northumberland Heath branch and they were absolutely disgraceful. We were charmed into listing our property with the dartford branch with the promise that it would go in our favour when viewing other Robertson Jackson properties. I had to constantly chase on the sale of my property, they didn’t seem to put any effort in until the contract was up and I enquired about taking it off the market with them.
We viewed multiple houses with them and on one occasion our offer was ‘conditionally accepted’ along with 2 other people’s offers also being accepted and was told that it would be a race to survey and whoever booked a survey in on the house first would get it. We got our survey booked in first, however by that point we were notified that the sellers did not want to go with us. Why were we not told this before now? We said we would like to up our offer to the agent, but he didn’t even ask what our counter offer would be, he just advised us that we were not successful. It seemed a little odd that he didn’t ask what our offer would be. The buyers that were successful on that property were also listed with the Northumberland Heath branch…
On the property that we were successful in buying our offer was accepted. Rather than taking the property off the market or changing the listing to SSTC, they kept it listed and said it would only come down once we had booked our survey in. They had also later told us that they had booked a second viewing in. Luckily our survey was booked before the second viewing could take place.
I also tried to pass some nice feedback onto the people we had bought the property from as this was a probate property but no response. I guess not interested now they have their fees.
I would absolutely not recommend Robertson Jackson to anyone, so many nicer agents out there.
Ennis and libby amazing
Used r&J to rent a property in Maidstone area, my experience from start to finish has been nothing but bliss. The pair who have been handling my application ( libby and Ennis ) have been absolutely amazing, couldn’t fault them if I tried. Based off previous experiences with attempts to rent, this company has went above and beyond and managed somehow to get me a property within 3 working days! If you’re looking to rent somewhere use these guys, they make other companies look clueless.
Instructed RMJ to sell my mums property…
Instructed RMJ to sell my mums property earlier this year and following a quick sale. I was subsequently kept up to date by Kay and her colleagues on how things were progressing in a timely and efficient way that helped me explain the process to my elderly mum and made for a very positive experience.
First time buyer great experience!
Bought my first house from Robinson Jackson Gravesend branch. I cannot fault them in their help and support during the time of the buying process. Buying a house is stressful enough as a first time buyer but this branch help give me clear instructions in each step of the process. It did not help as house was part of a 4 part chain but i received calls weekly and emails to help reassure me the process was still being followed through. Also were prompt with answering any queries i had and if i was unsure what would happen next, they clearly explained the process.
Special thanks to Tammy. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way. Tammy was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, and kept us in the loop at every stage of the process. Even went above and beyond chasing documents with our solicitor and buyers solicitor to ensure the sale was proceeding.
Tammy’s commitment and dedication are unmatched, she truly had our best interests at heart and made us feel like her top priority. Even near to exchange we had booked a holiday and was worried about delays as it was already delayed by the 3rd party in the chain. Tammy gave clear and good advice on what to do and what to expect during completion so we could go on holiday relaxed and reassured it would all go ahead.
If you’re looking for an agent who is reliable, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Tammy highly enough. I would like to mention her colleagues who also helped during the process such as Nicola and Jo who also helped sending updates and moving the process along.
They even held the keys for me till i came back from Holiday and promptly handed them over so we could move in. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future whether it would be selling or buying.
Thank you for your professionalism
We have used RMJ for many years and they haven’t disappointed. Tammy has been very helpful in attending to all our questions and concerns. The overall team at RMJ have also been very polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic Company
What a fantastic company to deal with, they couldn't have helped any more if they tried and with such a difficult sale (probate sale) Chris Perkins went above and beyond the call of duty, even working on it whilst on holiday. Doing everything he could and holding ours hands every step of the way. If i could score higher than a 5 then I would have. I highly recommend this Estate Agent
Tammy and all the team at Robinsona
Tammy and all the team at Robinsons made everything from selling our house, through to the sales progression a smooth transaction. They overcame and were brilliant with a few stressful scenarios that occured, and everytime came through with a solution. Thank You again for all your hard work.
Chris and Tracey
Easy and clear process
From Jack coming and talking us through the sales process it was simple no pressure came with information on local sales and what they could do for us, our home sold on the first open house, the sales team in the office have been brilliant especially Tammy getting us over the final huddle and last minute glitches keeping us informed they have made the whole process as stress free as moving house can be! From offer to completion it's taken just over 4 months which is great. If we move again they will be out first call!

The worst experience we’ve had as…
The worst experience we’ve had as buyers with any agents in London. The branch owner is rude and pushy, they are uncommunicative (never pick up the phone, which goes automatically to voice mail), and it very much felt as if the process was anything but transparent. We were gazumped but not even given the chance to match the offer or find any way forward. These things happen, but there is a human side to buying a property and Robinson Jackson certainly did not show theirs. It is quite telling how different their approach is with sellers, based on reviews. A rather short-sighted approach given buyers in the area will inevitably become sellers - and we will never use or recommend them based on our experience.
Absolutely fantastic estate agents, takes the stress out
Absolutely fantastic estate agents! They are very much seller first agents and even supported the buyers well to help it all run smoothly. The best estate agents we've ever had. John Speer even supported us in our buying of a house with another estate agent. If you want an estate agent who looks after you and offers fair pricing and is the main reason the process even went through as they chased everyone (removed so much hassle) would highly recommend?

Robinson Michael Jackson Strood
We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood, particularly with Nancey Liddle. The service we received was the worst we've ever encountered. We viewed approximately 10 properties with them, and almost every morning before the viewing, they would call to reschedule, often neglecting to update their system. Sometimes, this resulted in us traveling miles for viewings only to find out they hadn't been scheduled on their system, wasting our time and resources.
We mentioned to the Nancey that we’re frustrated that our viewings are constantly being rescheduled and she said that there’s no record of reschedulings on their system. I had to provide screenshot text messages evidence where they had rescheduled multiple times but failed to make a record of it.
Nancey's approach throughout was very rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. She pressured us into making a much higher offer than the asking price. When we felt uncomfortable the day after and wanted to view another property to ensure we weren’t getting the short end of the stick as first-time buyers, she told us that we would be causing emotional distress to the elderly couple whose property we had put the offer on. She shouted at us on the phone despite us remaining calm throughout. We ended up pulling out due to such poor customer service.
We would not recommend Robinson Michael Jackson Strood to anyone seeking a smooth and professional property transaction. The lack of reliable communication and professional integrity was deeply disappointing.
Another discriminating estate agent
Another discriminating estate agent who aim their rental property adverts at the working class only. The Robinson Jackson Barnehurst branch are currently advertising a two bedroom detached bungalow house on Parkdale Road, Plumstead, SE18 for £1,700 and they're stipulating to me in their property description that a potential tenant must have an income of £51,000. Now, given my calculation, if I was to pay 12 months rent, that would equal £20,400 which is £30,600 less than the £51,000 Robinson Jackson demand! How is somebody dictating to me how they think all my other outgoing costs are going to equal £30,600!? Robinson Jackson know full well anybody registered disabled isn't going to be earning £51,000 so their way to slyly discriminate against the disabled and aim their adverts at the working class only in not so many words is to use a third party referencing company to have certain criterias. Stupidity at it's best. Of course, Robinson Jackson defence story to get them off the hook will be "we don't set this policy, a third party referencing company does" yes, maybe so but it's Robinson Jackson who opt for a referencing company to vet their potential tenants where other referencing companies will have less harsher criterias dictating where somebody vulnerable can and can't live so the majority of the blame is on Robinson Jackson and from now on every estate agent I see doing this will be exposed. I'm glad I've finally got this review out in the open to make others aware as I've noticed Robinson Jackson creating such statements on their adverts for a number of months now. I hope Robinson Jackson end up going out of business.
