Worse experience of my life they let a house out to me with human faeces down the toilet as well as a mouse/rat in the property where my kids have got I'll and so much more

They didn't check the home properly before letting as there was underwear let from previous tnt

The team, especially Jo & Tammy could not of been more helpful. We had what you could call a very challenging purchase, but with there help we got there and I'm pleased to say I moved in 18th September 2023.

A complex conveyancing situation, which was not forgotten or left at the back of the queue but persued until completion.

Much support and help from the in- house financial advisor.

Every query raised was dealt with very quickly. I was informed and kept updated with in a prompt manner with every aspect of my move

Good communication as a buyer from this estate agents

I recently used Tracy Wright at Ebbsfleet Garden City as my Sales Progressor, and she was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. My sale took 9 months and Tracy worked hard to ensure I finally got my sale over the line, and I couldn't have done it without her. Her friendly yet assertive approach made me feel at ease and assured at the same time, and she always kept me up-to-date with the progress. I highly recommend using her to get a result.

Worst experience of a house sale ever. Not even worth 1 star. Poor advice from the beginning and throughout the sales process. My solicitor frequently suggested I told the agent to remember they (as my sales agent) were acting for me, not the buyer. They were equally concerned about their poor service. It was probably the most stressful experience I have ever had, despite my working at high levels across industry and the public sector, managing large budgets and challenging stakeholders
Key issues included:
- the agent's seemingly poor knowledge of the current market, where I felt my knowledge of it was as good or better than the agent
- weak dealing with the buyer e.g. failing to give ultimatums etc. when the buyer reneged on issues Often the only action the agent took which was successful, was suggested by me.
- All the issues I had identified at the beginning of the process as likely challenges that I wanted to avoid at all costs, came to fruition, despite my highlighting these as things I wanted to avoid and despite the agent assuring me that my concerns about particular risks were unfounded. The agent's advice was incorrect, ill-informed, and unhelpful as a means to inform my decision-making
- response times were frequently not adhered too, so 'I'll call you back in 5 mins", where it actually took hours for a response to arrive. I was not expecting on demand responses but expected indications of timescales made by the agent were adhered to, even if to say there was no news and to give a new proposed time.
- Although not directly affecting me, there were also comments which were either racist or sexist - not about me but about others which was very abhorrent to me.

I was unconvinced they acted in my best interest or with good knowledge of the market. In the end the buyer didn't complete until 3 days after the agreed completion date and the agent should have had better knowledge of the market to determine the actions of the buyer more professionally.

I could not decide whether the managers who dealt with my sale were incompetent or ill-informed about the market and the buyer. They also seemed unable to listen to criticism with an open mind and to learn from it.

I was offered £100 at the end of the process (as is standard I gather) for any recommendation made, and my recommendation would be never use Robinson Jackson in SE London. I don't expect to get my £100 as a result of this recommendation though !!!

I merely called to enquire about a property for the employee whom I was speaking to, to just hang on me when I just wanted to say "OK, I think nobody will cancel the block viewings I will try again" which I didn't even manage to utter as she rudely hanged up on me! Poor treatment of customer...I've never experienced such thing...

Good Service, Kept us regularly informed. Very responsive to requests. All round very good. Both of us are pleased.

I bought a house through Robinson & Jackson and I think they are truly amazing ! Right from the start ( arranging first viewing ) until completion ( less than 3 months later) they have been nothing but super professional and helpful. I was very happy impressed with the way Rmj dealt with the sell of my property would highly recommend them .

Had to sell my mother's property to pay for her care home fees so essential that we sold as quickly as possible. The Bexleyheath Branch were acutely aware of this and did everything they could to get us the right asking price for the property while dealing with over 32 plus viewings! Property is now sold! Would like to thank Neil, Marcus, Corrie, Margaret and Andrea - we couldn't have done it without you all! Would highly recommend their services!

Lettings team at Welling very poor. As a landlord they left all the tenants checks until the last minute causing undue stress for me and the tenant. They fail to ring back numerous times and have poor communication in terms of taking action. Although they answer the phone promptly they don't take time to discuss things or give advice on the phone. I have switched agents and am astonished how much better the new letting agency is performing. I hope they improve their service. The online service for storing documents is very good and reminders are also good but let down by lack of support from the team.

I would highly recommend the Gravesend team, the team were very helpful they contacted me throughout the purchase process informing me of the progress. Any queries I had were answered quickly and professionally. Well done.

Robinson-Jackson Lettings, Orpington

When I gave the notice to end my tenancy to the Robinson-Jackson lettings team in Orpington, they got a new tenant fairly quickly and wanted to know if I can vacate earlier than the duration I have in the house as I've already paid the month's rent in advance. The new tenant wanted to move in early. I asked if the rent due for the days that I won't be occupying the property will be given back to me and they said yes. Upon vacating the property and giving the keys they acted as if they don't know about this conversation. I lost nearly £650 because of their ineptitude. They didn't inform the owner that he has to give the proportionate rent back to me as I am leaving the house early and left me out of pocket!!!
Wouldn't recommend them because of their unfair business practices and lack of accountability!

I was sort of in a desperate situation to find a renting property in London. I found a property on Zoopla and Kaan Denis from Robinson Jackson was so helpful and quick on my request that I managed to secure that property within a day of seeing this on Zoopla. I am very happy with Robinson Jackson and special thanks to Kaan.
