Ryan, Sharon and Danni helped us every step of the way with selling our house. They all know the housing market so well and know exactly how to help and advise with any issues with the sale. I won't hesitate to recommend or use them again with any house sale or purchase.

We used Robinsons to conduct a Level 2 survey of a house we wanted to buy. The survey came back with no issues (other than a side door to the garage needed replacing). We bought the house on the strength of the survey.
Two and a half years later the roof collapsed on an extension to the house. The Survey did not pick up any of the issues with the DIY roof, e.g. joists held together with flimsy metal brackets, no joists connected to walls, use of decking to build the roof, etc. We contacted Robinsons and they found excuses to get themselves out of any liability. Almost £15k to fix the roof. I'd never, ever recommend a 'John Wayne' business to anyone.

Julie and the team at Robinsons assisted us with the purchase of our dream family home. Updates were continuous and they supported us through a tedious process, often made worse through the lack of response from our solicitors. Thanks again, we would highly recommend Robinsons to anyone looking to sell their home.

Chester Le Street branch of Robinsons Estate Agents recently sold my house near Beamish. When Michael came out to view and value the property I was really impressed how the photographs and descriptions in the brochure he produced totally matched and reflected our conversation regarding the strengths and positive aspects about the property. It really showed it off to its best. A day later the property was on the market and I accepted a full asking price offer the following morning. Michelle Chelsea and Karen in the office were efficient and helpful in the following period until a sale went through successfully. Thank you all very much.

5 STAR-------i have used the Durham branch several times over the years and always have a great straightforward experience. There are several local estate agent in Durham but i only use Robinsons because they tell it as it is , truthful ,honest estate agents a rare thing these days. My house was under offer within a week for a good price and it completed in a straight forward manner with the help of - Keith, Ann, Stacey ,Emily and Keighley. Thank you again.

Our family just moved from Canada and we called the Robinsons Estate Agents. We explained that we would be in Durham this Saturday for errands and wanted to move to that location. We had one property that we were interested in and the woman on the phone was short answered and to put it bluntly, rude. She said they were all booked and busy. My husband said ok, can you send me properties for the moment and she said no. The applications take two weeks. So my husband said, ok, then she then hung up on him. Well won't be using them anytime soon nor will we recommend them to others. Great impression Robinsons Estate Agents thanks for not making us feel welcome and we will take our money elsewhere. And fyi, Another company has already sent us properties and made us feel welcome. D Robinson

Ryan ,when he came out to see the property he was very well presented ,courteous and enthusiastic. The write up he done was amazing and the video was out of this world, i think that sold the house !!!!!!!.
Once it went live it sold within 2 days, and i put that down to the presentation he put together.
Sharon in the office, well i will miss the crack we have had on the phone . You to are very confident in handling enquires and have helped out with any issues, which has been very far and few between. While you have kept me updated we still have a laugh or two.

Well I don’t really know what to say other than fantastic!! Sam and his team went above and beyond for my family, selling a home is meant to be one of the most stressful things you can do (or so they say) but Sam and Mandy who were dealing with the sale of my house were top class no complaints at all just a big thankyou! Can’t recommend Robinsons Spennymoor any more - from the valuation process with Sam and the taking of photos he was professional but down to earth and made me feel in safe hands every step of the way. Mandy updated me sometimes daily with progress and if I had any queries big or small she was just a phone call away they really did go above and beyond. Thankyou from me and my family we can’t thank you all enough 😊
