Sold two properties through other agents in the area at £160k and £80k. The values at Durham office valued them at £110-115k and ££50-55k respectively. Deliberate undervaluing I believe. Ensure you get valuations from other Agents if you're thinking of using Robinsons as they undervalue properties compared to other local agents - you'd wonder why???

The viewings were really efficient and booked in with no hassle at all by Jamie-Lee & Allyson and the entire process was very smooth. Never had an issue at all getting in contact with any member of the Robinsons' team, even with some of our ridiculous enquiries.

After a shockingly poor experience with another Estate Agent, I decided to contact Michael and give the Robinsons Team a try. Michael came straight out and within a week I had a pristine ad on the website, with absolutely fantastic images and a cracking write-up. I couldn't have asked for more. And the proof in the pudding - within a couple of weeks I'd secured a sale, and that was after 3 months with the previous agent. Fantastic.
