Robinson's Shoes Reviews 

First order went well without any issue (I bought two pairs of shoes). Second order is still in progress and it is almost a month after I purchased (pain in the ...).
First problem is with items available on website while they are not available in a stock. I asked about my order (9 days after I paid), they replied saying they emailed me about items not to be available (haven't received any email and I checked all possible folders, including spams).
Exchanged few emails to change my order for a different items (took another 6 days). They confirmed new order ten days ago and still nothing (not shipped yet no further message received).
In case you would like to order handmade belts from Robinson I believe it is going to be faster to use your hands.

Love the shoes when I finally got them. When I ordered they said they were in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Received an email 2 days later to say the shoes were out of stock and would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Although money taken out my account. Rechecked the website throughout the 6 weeks and shoes in my size we always showing in stock. Buyers beware!!!

Nice pair of Loake shoes and arrived promptly at Perth. However v poor carrier service via DHL despite paying for express delivery. Would suggest that Robinsons choose an alternative service or will lose customers.

Only reason it isn't 1 star is that they offered a 10% discount if I held the order until more stock arrived.

The international delivery was very fast .
Just need 2-3 days to Hong Kong .But i can't track my shipment using the shipment code they gave.

My order was delayed because the shoes was out of stock, but there was no notify email to let me know about the delay until i email them.

Despite putting in code for 15 % discount per email this did not show in transaction. Tried to call to no avail and no response from email. Dissapointing service when being sent emails looking for business. Misleading although happy with shoes.
