Item ordered 17 Jan. Email informing me item not in stock received 27 Jan. In this day and age that's not really acceptable, is it?

I saw the loafers I purchased with another supplier and almost bought them there and then. But then I did a quick search on Google for the same loafer and found Robinson's Shoes offering them for a much better price! So I ordered them.
I've never used Robinson's before but it was a perfect experience, great prices, delivered on time and as expected. Would use again for sure. Thank you.

Delivery was fast but packaging can be further improved. Ordered a pair of shoes and the shoe cream was packed inside the shoe without any additional packaging. If the shoe cream leak/break while transporting, the shoe might be affected.

I like to wear good quality shoes particularly Barker and Loake. Due to constraints on my time I prefer to shop online and having recently browsed through Robinson's online catalogue I was able to choose three pairs of shoes in the style I wanted.
The completion of the purchase was easy, and I then had a query from Robinsons, which was very courteously resolved.
The shoes arrived the next day, and I'm very pleased with them.
I will certainly be making further purchases from this company in the future.

I ordered shoes and the order excepted and payment tacken 3days later I was emailed to be told Robinsons did not have stock and would need at least 2 weeks to supply me. I can't understand why it took 3 days to tell me this or why it will take 2 weeks. Delivery time was suppose to be only 3days so it took as long to find out they were out fo stock as it was ment to deliver them.

Excellent products, great price and great communication from purchase to delivery. Website easy to use and navigate.

A slight delay in delivery but kept well informed throughout. Shoes are perfect! Highly recommended.

Live in Australia and always wore Loakes shoes when I lived in London. They cost a fortune over here and I was delighted to find them at Robinson's much cheaper, even including International posting.
They arrived from Carrickfergus ( bizarrely my birth place !) to my front door in 48 hours - amazing speed. Shoes perfect. Will not be buying from anyone else now.

Delivered by dhl not my favourite courier failed to knock on door i was in they came back next day.

I received a pair of very well made shoes. Slow dispacht despite I paid express delivery. I think that is because I received a pair of socks as present. Look out! Shores large sizing. I ordered a 10.5 size as usual, but 10 would be enough. Good overall.

website easy to use, shoes dispatched promptly and sent by reputable courier so I was able to schedule exact date of delivery

Excellent product and service

I placed my order 8/1/16 and its now the 22/1/16 checked the post this morning and still no shoes. Would have expected the turn around time to be advised by could not see this information. Received an email on the 14/1/16 to advised goods were dispatched. We live in Australia. Could anyone assist us with delivery notice?

Shoes appeared to be available on website and my card was immediately charged however shoes were not actually in stock. Took a week or more to et refund.
