Great service, once they realized the issue.
I wrote a review yesterday and left a 1 Star rating. I did so to ensure someone reached out to me. Well Justin from RoboForm contacted me this morning and very professionally and efficiently worked the issue and had me fully loaded and up to speed with this excellent PW tool. I knew the company must be excellent with all of the positive reviews and high ratings. That is why I did not simply cancel my order. Justin certainly proved this to be correct. RoboForm you need to make sure you keep Justin on your Team and keep him in mind for future promotions for the good of your company! Thank you RoboForm/Justin

Paid for 5 years but now no longer use.
Beware. Trying to remove the app is a challenge.
It keeps popping up. The wonderful staff at Apple finally removed all traces.

To adjust the timeout period for RoboForm on Windows, see here for instructions. You can set it to as long as 'Don't ask for Master Password', which will prompt once every 30 days: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003892771-How-can-I-stop-RoboForm-asking-me-to-enter-the-Master-Password-#BE
To enable a quicker option for logging in, you can instead select 'Windows Hello'. This does require installing RoboForm for Windows (not just the extension), but allows you to use your Windows PIN or even biometrics, which can be more convenient than typing in your Master Password.

Roboform is a great password manager.
I have been using Roboform for the better part of 10 years (if not more) and they have come a long way in that time. I have tried other password managers, but I always come back to this one. Always highly recommend this when friends, family, or co workers are looking for a password manager.

License Renewal
I had an issue renewing my license (purchased an additional 5 years) and thought I would struggle as there was no telephone contact (they use an "online support system" for contact). I used this to explain my problem thinking I would wait hours or days for a reply. This was not the case and I had a reply within 5 minutes asking me to check my account and license - and all was now good. Great service and a great product to use.
