There's no way we can remember all the passwords for different sites, and I don't think it's safe to be writing them down somewhere to be left around. This is safe and easy to use.

Possibly the worst user experience of any site I have used. Do not use

I've been a client since at least 2004, at which time I still had something called a PocketPC, which I can barely remember 😅

They haven't always adopted new features the fastest, and they don't grow their user base the fastest, but they've kept my data safe so far, which is what matters the most.

Thank you, Roboform! Along with ClipClip, it's always the first software I install on any new computer to make my life easier.

At 76 yrs young, my memory isn't what it once was, so RoboForm makes life at my desktop so much easier and I'm grateful for this password manager.

The app is the most easy to use it’s ever been.

I've been a member of RoboForm for over 10 years and I have always received top notch service in all manners. They have always gone to the wall for me!

I have been a Roboform user since 2007. My wife and I mainly used it on my Windows desktop and laptops, occasionly on our mobile devices.
We used it every day to simplify and secure our internet accounts. We keep track of each account activities in its notes section respectively. The cloud syncing and backup are especially helpful.

Still not syncing but appreciate the effort

Until recent updates the software has been great. However for some reason since recent updates the software wants you to sync your data with the servers and any attempt to disable this produces anomalous results in the software. The reporting of this to Roboform leads to only cursory replies not aimed at resolving the bug. The bugs result in turning off biometric access if sync is not allowed and multiple avenues perused by the software independently to restart the data sync to the roboform servers, including independently changing options for secure access.

Replied as requested, but no contact. As before. There is developing concern why syncing to servers is not a urgent fix.

I had this service for 2 hours. I added a few websites to their extension. As a test, I clicked log in to one of my bookmarks. I was taken to the site, but still asked to log in manually. If this is how Roboform works, it's totally useless. Plus, I feel biometrics keeps me safe and it's easy.

I made an error in my Family plan version of Roboform.

I contacted the support desk and I had a response in less than a minute, stating that MY error had been corrected.

RoboForm brilliant response time strikes again:-)

Product import doesnt work on identity information and cards. This isnt specified anywhere in their documentation. Promised a refund but havent provided this yet. Had to open a paypal case against. Very poor experience. Avoid using them.

Update : roboform have apologised, provided a refund and explained the technical limitation so I have updated my rating

I take back all I said about Roboform.Their customer service is very good once you get used to it.i had a problem recently, emailed them and they sorted it really quick

I have used Roboform for about 15 years. As well as internet passwords - I have 754 - it has Bookmarks, Applications (such as Microsoft Office) and Identities amongst other things.

Identities is unbelievably comprehensive, Name and address, all your credit cards and bank details which will fill in automatically when paying online, passport details, vehicle details and the one I love most of all - Authentication details where you can save your favorite password and keep changing it with new letters or numbers. It will also create unbreakable passwords for you.

I also think it's great value. I pay $100 for a 5 year license that can be used on as many devices as you like including phones, tablets and iPads.

Been using Roboform for over a year, changed from LastPass. Using the family account. It doesn't make the computer websites very often but for my money I think it is the best around. It is very easy to set up, works very well across all platforms - Windows, Mac, Android, and provides all the services I need. I use if for passwords (obviously!) but also secure notes and identities including passports and credit cards.
