Excellent customer service experience, very helpful staff on product & delivery service. Ordered & had my items in 3days. Love the product, I purchased packaging for clothing apparel. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Also they have a great range at some really competitive prices(I had been looking around for a while).

Incorrect Product Received
Emailed to let you know twice that I received the wrong product and have not yet received any response. Not a great experience on this occasion.

Returns service not good from Ireland
While the product is fine, unfortunately if you are in Ireland, the entire returns process is not. I had orderd wrong size bags and despite the option of returns organised by Rocaba on the website for €16.95, this facility is not in place. We don't use couriers, I had no way of weighing returning, so kep and reordered correct size. Would have preferred to return. Looks like the ie bit is not really Ireland, so everything is coming from UK.
