There website is complete trash

There website is complete trash! If you type something in it keeps that info save. For instance clicked ship to califorina they could do that because of commiefornia's regulations. So I started over with the cart and it kept putting my cali info for shipping when I didnt put anything in yet. I think imma open an investigation on then stealing information from customers. Why does it keep automatically keep putting my info in. Wierd to me

They would get a perfect score if…

They would get a perfect score if customer service is easily accessible or even had a number to begin with. That being said, they do have an email, which is better than nothing but they ship super quick, can be super cheap and have great options. Just research any company you're not too sure about!

Return service is horrible!!

I ordered wipers from RockAuto and got the wrong ones. (No fault of theirs. My car manual had the wrong part number). Anyway so I contacted them for a return. They sent me a shipping label and packaged them back up and shipped them off. Then I get an email that I sent all of them to their warehouse in NC and a couple of them should’ve gotten sent somewhere else. Well they only sent me one return label. I got $45 back from my $96 purchase due to them having to pay more shipping to send to their other warehouse. Just a total pain and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I bought a set of Monroe front struts…

I bought a set of Monroe front struts for 2008 Honda Accord. I received them change out the right 1 (passenger) not problem. I then went to replace the left side(driver) and the 2nd strut was marked right side. So I went online did claim for the right part. I sent out wrong part and rockauto sent the right part out to me,but now Fedex damaged or lost it along the way. I reached out to FedEx did a claim and basically had to wait 2 weeks until Rockauto sent out right part again. I finally received it. Now since I first placed my oder until I finally received right part was 4 weeks. I put right side on drove on it for 3 weeks and then it was making loud noise on every little bit of movement. I emailed Rockauto and they will only do exchange for another new 1. Well once this 1 started making noise I was so done with it I went through Detroit axle and bought a replacement and comes with 10 yr warranty. It rides better and works great. Im done buying from Rockauto and I have been using them for over 12 yrs now.

Don't buy Raybestos remanufactured…

Don't buy Raybestos remanufactured brake calipers. I brought 2 for the front of my tundra, one started leaking 3 weeks after the 18 month warranty expired. No help from Rockauto, tried contacting Raybestos with no help from them either. I got a seal kit from O'Reilly's and when I took the pistons out 2 were slightly scored showing poor quality control using used pistons so beware of them

Rock Auto: Bad Customer Service Experience

Rock Auto is an amazing company.
But the person in customer service is so bad and gross.
I called today, January 31, 2026, at 10:15 am.
They never answered my call, which is terrible service. Please, Rock Auto, change this person.

I ordered and received break rotors for…

I ordered and received break rotors for my F350. Rock Auto listed them as a part for my truck. They do not fit my truck. When I contacted them via email I never got a reply. I told them the part was not for my truck and that their product description said it was for my truck. Not a peep from them. Now, when I go to look at my order it says I can not return because this part it is not for my truck. Also, the part has been removed from their site. There is no way to speak to a person. I have tried and never got a call back. I have useless $200+ parts and no way to solve the problem. I would not recommend Rock Auto to anyone. I have tried to resolve this problem many times and I am tired. I will never order anything from them again! Rock Auto has no customer service!!!

Rockauto Rocks!!

Rockauto.com is the best I love the fact that you can view the parts and compare to what you have so there are no errors in ordering. You just have to make sure your looking at the right part at all angles before ordering saves a lot of time. Part numbers are highly accurate when referencing other sites. I also appreciate the Beck Arnley parts and the other euro parts for my V.W. saves me thousands and I get the same parts as the dealer and even better. I live in California and parts stores out here are nuts. Rockauto is the only way to go for your automotive parts. Thank you Rockauto!!

You use to be able to talk to someone and now you can't get hold of a live person, parts have to be returned at your expense, Bullshit...

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Zero accountability. Ordered 6 parts and paid a lot for shipping. Two parts came on time. The other four have yet to arrive. Rock Auto refused to compensate me to make up for the shipping costs.

ROCKAUTO, Parts list is less then 100% correct.

I ordered some ignition coils for my 22 Santa Cruz, I followed the parts list and selected the part that rockauto had listed for my vehicle, what I got was different then what my OEM part was. Needless to say I had to make longer retention bolts to make this work. I made these longer bolts because I did not want to deal with the return process which is a pain in the behind. I really like rockauto BUT, it really needs some work overall. If your thinking of using this site, triple check what your ordering before pulling the trigger.

Great company!

After a bad experience with a competitor, ordered and received the correct part from Rock Auto- shipping was FAST!

I’ve ordered many parts from RA for a variety of vehicles and NEVER had a bad experience.

Highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY – They’ll take your money and the product

Customer service is non existent. Ordered a part, fat-fingered the digit in the address. Reached out immediately—before it even shipped—and begged them to fix it. Response? Crickets. They wouldn’t touch it.
Package bounces back to them. Cool. Then they hit me with double shipping charges (out + return), wiping out the refund. So I get nothing back. They keep my money and keep the product I never received.
This is straight-up predatory. Customer "service" doesn't exist here. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

I was dubious about this…

I have to say I was dubious about this company due to reviews. However I was able to source Mopar parts significantly cheaper from this company in the US from any UK outlet - even with delivery charges. Delivery was about a week or just under, which I considered good. Parts look good and fit well. I understand possible issues re returns - you just need to perform due diligence in what you order.

I received a used, greasy, damaged fuel pump.

I received a used, greasy, damaged Carter fuel pump that was missing the gasket for my 1960 Cadillac convertible. I did not install it. They claim that each returned part is inspected before a refund is processed. That is a lie because it’s obvious this part was just put back on the shelf after it was previously returned. Zero customer service, no human to speak to. I will never buy another item from them. I just ordered a new one from Parts Geek over the phone with a U.S. based operator, it was a few dollars more but the customer service was fantastic.

So far no fakes

So far any products I've purchased are real,not fakes, shipping took 3 days on the cheap shipping so save your money, for the few times i bought from rock auto I've had only good experiences.

Extremely poor customer service

Ordered outside mirrors with turn signals for my 2022 Ram 1500 Classic as I wanted to upgrade my truck. Ram quit offering these mirrors as an option on the Classic, and their catalog didn't list any for my truck, so ordered mirrors for a 2018 Ram 1500. Anybody who knows Rams knows there is absolutely NO difference between the 2018 and the 2019-2024 Classics. After receiving and installing the mirrors, I discovered the wiring for the mirrors was extremely poor. The temperature sensor in the driver's side mirror wouldn't function properly and the turn signal on the passenger side was incorrectly wired. The puddle light blinked instead of the turn signal light and when disassembling the mirror to check the wiring the lens for the turn signal fell off the rest of the assembly. Obviously cheap Chinese garbage. I tried to make an online return but the system asked if I owned a 2018 Ram. I answered no, and it then said I couldn't return them because I tried "to install the parts on a vehicle for which the part was not intended for." I then hunted around for a phone number and found out they did away with customer service by phone. So I found an email address and emailed them. Of course, the rep who responded gave me the same canned response - they were not able to accept a return. I have been a Rock Auto customer for over 20 years and have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts from them and I told them this when I emailed them, but they apparently don't care. Well, I will never order parts from them again. I'm also going to gather up the hundreds of magnets they sent me over the years and send them to the corporate office with a note telling them what they can do with those magnets. This is no way to treat loyal customers! I have since ordered mirrors from another supplier and they work great.
