No compassion after the holidays!

My mother in law is an early shopper for Christmas. She purchased 6 gold gloves for my 2 sons and I and after Christmas and putting things away we realized that we got the gloves for the wrong hand. Honest enough mistake as my Mother in Law doesn’t play, and she figured we are all right handed so you get right handed gloves. I reached out to them and they explained their 30 day policy, and I asked if they could make an exception as the extended return for holiday purchases was only 17 days after the original purpose and they said they are a return only company and that we were well beyond the return window. I knew that already and was asking for an exception. When they said no again, I thanked them for the poor service and told them I would share my experience with their company anywhere I can. They stated “I am not sure why you are making threats and are very sorry you are so angry.” I made no threats as I only promised to share my experience so not a threat at all but their reality. I know this will have little to no impact given what I have heard from Rock Bottom Golf so far. But I will never use them again and neither with my friends and family…again not a threat as a threat is something you might do…

The Puma shoes I ordered were for the…

The Puma shoes I ordered were for the size I normally wear. They were way too tight widthwise. To send them back cost me $21. So, for a $64 pair of shoes I ended up paying over $30 for shipping for shoes I do not have. Hence, with that return policy I will not shop your store again. The exact date I am not sure of.

Purchased brand new Cobra driver online…

Purchased brand new cobra driver online and had shipped to New Zealand. Driver made an odd sound when hit right away and after 10 drives developed a large crack in the crown. Rock bottom claim to give full warranty of the gear they sell but my experience was that Rockbottom told me that I had to go through the cobra distributor in Nz and Australia. The distributor of course wants nothing to do with it….My recommendation to anybody buying from outside US is that you are probably best buying in your respective country as the “Guarantee” Rockbottom offer comes with specific conditions. Needless to say, highly disappointed.

On the clothes need to put fit to true…

On the clothes need to put fit to true size or order big they run small, several items I have ordered, and its shirt was tight, them the next time I order a different brand and get a bigger size, and it was way too big.

I use rock-bottom golf because I get what I order correctly in a very timely manner.
It’s been this way over the years and I don’t wish to change.

Incorrect contact details on packaging invoice

Poor communication, couldn’t track my order, incorrect details on invoice, I had to track the order down myself as it went into abandoned packages at customs due to contact details being incorrect, received order on July 16. Not happy at all!!!
