Something has changed… for the worse

My local store was closed so I thought I would try online. I ordered in October and still have not received my order. The email trail for the complaint I raised is filled with automatic replies that tell me nothing about where my order is. 2weeks ago I requested a refund and have had no response to that.

All emails blame Australia Post delivery times. I think it’s way past that excuse. All items I ordered elsewhere have been delivered in a very timely manner by Australia post and I think it should be removed from Rockmans replies as it is derogatory towards Aus post.

I honestly believe the company sold stock the didn’t have available to deliver and now use the postal company as their excuse. Poor form.

It is very sad that I feel the need to write this as my local store and the ladies who worked there were amazing. As a company something has shifted, the customer service and passion has gone and I will never buy from here again.

Got a email shirts for $15:00 when I went in store was told it was an online purchase and it had a code number. When I showed the staffer there was no code and it said nothing to do with on line shopping which I don’t do she brushed me off very quickly. Not impressed with rockmans and will not be shopping there again will be deleting all there emails and I’m not the only one my friend had the same experience Rockmans get your act together and say what you mean and don’t try to trick people into coming into your store

ANGRY

If there was less than 1 star I would select that. I placed an online order nearly 2 months ago and I have still not received it or a refund which I requested. They told me they would get back to me within 48-72 hours but 2 weeks later NOTHING! I would not recommend ordering ONLINE from Rockmans and I will never buy anything from them again even in store. I have told everyone that I speak to and on FACEBOOK to not purchase from Rockmans if they want to receive their items. Next Step - Fair Trading, legal advice and A Current Affair. Word spreads.

AFTER WAITING MONTHS FOR A REFUND, THEY NOTIFIED ME THEY HAD REFUNDED ME.THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND WAS NOT NOTED SO AFTER LOOKING INTO IT I FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAD ONLY GIVEN ME HALF OF THE AMOUNT OWED.AS THEY ARE NOT REACHABLE BY PHONE AND ISSUES ARE NEVER RESOLVED BY THE HELP DESK I HAVE NOW HAD TO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM FAIR TRADING. Please treat your customer fairly

Placed 2 orders recently, neither of them went smoothly, received wrong products for the first order and still waiting for my second order to be completed after waited for more than a month, asked for refund but no response, really disappointed!!!

Rockmans should be banned by the ACCC from trading, they take your order but never send the items, customer service is non existent...please do not order from rockmans you will not receive your goods nor will they give you a refund

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Will not buy from them again. Being fobbed of with automated messages can't get through on the phones. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. Poor way to treat customers. Can't even get in contact about a refund for clothes ordered weeks ago. They deserve a 0

Worst customer service ever

I purchased an air fryer on 11th November to be sent as a Christmas present for my son in Hobart, was told it was on it's way on 16th November on 22nd Nov the tracking showed incorrect address return to sender.
The package had never even left Sydney and the address on my invoice was correct. I have rung them twice a week apart and the second time was told that I had to pay another $12 to have it re sent. I have sent two messages and no one cares. I am going to fair trading and will not deal with them again EVER

Very disappointed with the way they do…

Very disappointed with the way they do business overall. No one seems to know their rules not even their staff in the stores. The invoice (online purchse) was from Katies and I was instructed to take it to Rockmans in another shopping centre, where I was told I could only swap it for something else I left the garment and the invoice with the shop assistant and after me searching through the store for something to swap, I was told the garment is not eligible for a refund as it was less than $20!!! ( it was $19)

Very unprofessional!

Ordered 2 items from Rockmans and all I get is excuses. Last time I rang them was 7th October and she said it was on its way well I am still waiting???(#3511191) Last order number was 10347639.
I am sick of being lied to they use lockdown as an excuse they will not refund. I do not think they ever had what I ordered in stock, selling something the do not have must be against the law??? JOYCE

They take your money and never refund.

I have totally given up on ever shopping with any of the Mosaic Group. 4 months ago ordered 4 items, received 2 of them in 6 weeks and after many emails/phone calls all they can offer is a dodgy $20 voucher when in reality they owe me over $70 refund. This is stealing on a corporate level. Especially when I know I am not the only one. Bunch of thieves.

NB. Still waiting for my refund. They keep sending me $20 online vouchers on generic emails which I have told them I will not be using, then stated I had received a $22 refund (even though it was $70), I asked where did you send it, it was an Afterpay purchase that had been completed months ago? And then just keep receiving generic emails saying your refund has been processed, your refund has been processed. Office of Fair Trading is being contacted as we speak. This online company and their offshoots needs to be shut down, stealing money off everyone...

I’m still waiting for items I brought in September they tell me it hasn’t even been dispatched ye. I asked for refund they stated from a third party no refunds yet they are Rockmans items. They say here is a $20 gift voucher but can only be used on full priced items why would I buy on full0riced items when they are all on sale plus I wouldn’t even get them delivered. I will never ever buy anything online again from Rockmans

This has been the worst shopping…

This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had in online shopping, still waiting for the rest of my order and it's been 4 weeks, they are taking everyone's money and not delivering because I think the company is in trouble and taking everyone's money to save themselves from going into receivership ,a currently affairs program need to investigate there's something not quite right

I bought one thing from Rockmans

I bought one thing from Rockmans, after not shopping there for years. Now I am getting text messages every day, several times a day from Rockmans, Be Me, Katies and on and on. I can't bloody get rid of them !! I will never be buying anything again from any of those stores, so over it !!!!!!!
