I suggest NOT purchasing anything from…

I suggest NOT purchasing anything from Rockmans online. I ordered 2 items which took 7 weeks to arrive and only 1 item was in the package. No correspondence whatsoever regarding the missing item that I was able to purchase yet I’ve now found out was “out of stock” yet they happily charged me for it. I emailed them 8 days ago to let them know and ask them to send the missing item with no response so I emailed again 2 days and called and left a voice message with no response. I finally got through to someone on the phone today and the only excuse I was given was that they are inundated with calls (I’d say complaints most likely) which is a pathetic excuse. The whole experience with Rockmans has been infuriating and disgraceful. I will not ever be purchasing anything from them again!

Disgusting Service/ Dishonest Sellers

Do not order from Rockmans or the sister brand companies all owned by Mosaic- include Millers, Rockmans, Noni B, Rivers, Katies, Autograph, W. Lane. All same customer service number.
Placed an order for 8 items with Rockmans. After a few weeks still had not received or heard ANYTHING. After numerous calls and emails all they could say was being processed and marked as urgent. Would not tell me when would be delivered. Cancelled order after waiting over 4 weeks in disgust.
Have had nothing but trouble with orders through the Mosaic group. They think it is acceptable to take your money and not ship items for months or advise you what is happening.
Another Millers order cancelled after had been waiting on 2 items for 6 weeks. Also took 10 weeks to receive a Rivers jacket!! Was told after 3 weeks that it was now out of stock but could not explain why it was still being advertised for sale.
Have learnt my lesson-never again. They have started to blame Covid but I have received orders from everywhere else in good time. Reviews show this has been going on for ages so they obviously just don't care. Disgraceful service!

Not impressed !

Pls be careful when you order from Rockmans..I’ve been a long time customer but I must say their customer care has definitely deteriorated drastically.placed a rather expensive order early in June ..waited for a week to receive a shipping/dispatch update ,nothing came ..rang up and was told it usually takes 10 business days ..waited but nothing ..Made another call the agent assured me it was being dispatched shortly nothing to worry ..waited another few days still nothing ..wrote an email..again I was assured that my order was a priority wand it would be dispatched ASAP..then when I rang on the 1st of July I was informed that there was a glitch in the order and the order didn’t exist and they would be happy to offer a full refund ..This is absolutely pathetic customer service ..will not be shopping @Rockmans again or any of your brand partners!!!

I would like to highlight and thank Holly Arden

I would like to highlight and thank Holly Arden who on her 2nd day on the job at Rockmans in Brookside on the 26/6/21 completely went out of her way to assist me and ensure I left the store a happy customer.
She was gracious, helpful, patient and friendly. It wasn’t an easy fix and she just didn’t give up.
We all need more Hollys :) !!
I don’t always receive this type of service so when I do I believe it’s worth acknowledging and I hope Managment see this and recognise her.
As per a lot of the reviews on this site, Customer Service can be the make or break as to whether you return to a shop, it makes a huge difference and I hope more retailers understand that.
It would be fantastic to see more positive reviews on here.
Thank you again Holly - you were and are wonderful:)

What happened to the CUSTOMER always being RIGHT

I have been a loyal and regular customer/shopper at Rockman’s both in store and online. I was appalled and disgusted this past weekend when I innocently went to Rockman’s Mirrabooka to exchange a jacket I had bought just over a month ago. The manager was very unfriendly rude and arrogant conveying to me that the policy of Rockman’s was you only have 30 days to change your mind after which she began to verbally and emotionally abuse me and basically kicked me out the shop. I was flabogasted and so were the three other people with me. I have never ever been spoken to or treated with such rudeness and arrogance especially as a customer without customers there are no jobs. The scary part it is those kind of managers that can break and destroy ones business. Her behaviour was vicious, arrogant, psychopathic and unacceptable. It’s a real shame that shopping at Rockmans Mirrabooka was such a scary and unpleasant experience. If you want to enjoy your day shopping never shop at Rockmans Mirrabooka.

I've been receiving scam text messages…

I've been receiving scam text messages from Rockmans for a year now. Each time I block the number, but they use a different number each time. I don't even know how they got my number in the first place, I never sign up to anything. I've tried calling, sending emails, but I hit a firewall of different companies and no-one takes responsibility. They are a profit only driven company, I wouldn't support them in any way.

Be careful what you purchase from Rockmans. Check it out fully before purchasing and leaving the store. I purchased numerous items and one is faulty, not sewn properly, falling apart and they wont take it back, I only noticed it after I had gotten home. Took it back to the store and she wouldnt offer an exchange, even though it had the tag but I didnt have the receipt but could prove from my bank when I purchased it. Contacted customer service and they just cut and paste their returns policy. 3 emails later and this is their response. Cheap Brand - rip off prices.

Mother’s Day disappoiment

After getting jeans and a top on a sale day then needing to change them as they didn’t fit the next day the girl told me i had to pay extra as the sale day was over instead on exchanging them to the size i needed also getting a text msg at 5.58pm after shop shut telling me i had 2 days left for the sale and i go in on the Sunday to be told it finished Saturday umm thats not 2 day in my eyes or at least send the reminders in the morning so you can go in. Ill never shop there again

This company offered online a Free Bathrobe
This company offered online a Free Bathrobe for mothers day as long as you spent $80.00 or more, and, having done so by a double amount spent,the offer was for S size and I emailed them to request a bigger size to be sent, or to offer something else instead.
Since then, they replied twice to my emails only asking what I mean, and twisting my request, as if they dont know how to read. It is clearly written in there what i am asking, but they have gone silent both times after my reply.
I dont think its worth the time and effort for me to spend my time browsing their website and ordering from them anymore. Even my current order, the payment couldnt go through for an hour, had to try so many times!!!! I have received the order pretty quick, which was good, but the rest of the shopping experience was appalling. They used to have chats where you can talk to someone live, but I suppose its off now, since so many unhappy customers are complaining about their practices.

This company offered online a Free Bathrobe

This company offered online a Free Bathrobe for mothers day as long as you spent $80.00 or more, and, having done so by ordering an extra item to surpass the spending amount to qualify for the bathrobe the said bathrobe was added to the invoice prior to checkout and the relevant amount paid.

To my surprise when the parcel arrived it was missing the 'Free' bathrobe and the item had also been removed from the enclosed invoice. Querying this with Rockmans resulted in a stock standard form letter in relation to delivery times for items ordered? but with an added paragraph which claims that the 'Free' Bathrobe was 'whilst stocks last'.

It seems that they are willing to bait advertise to the extent that they include it in your invoice and so one assumes that it is in fact still in stock, and then not subsequently supply the item. At the very least it is fraudulent advertising, if it is not in stock then do not include it in the invoice before you have paid for your goods. Would I use Rockmans again, based on this and previous annoyances from them, never again. If I could give less than one star I would do so.

I have been buying from them for years but not anymore

I have been buying from them for years and always was able to take items that did not fit I could get another item or a refund. So I bought quite a few dresses tops pants and they take so long to come and this time I had two dresses that one is far too small and the other miles too big. I took them back to Rockmans and the lady says she can’t take them that they are not theirs but I say I bought them from Rockmans and she said I might of but they are a different company one is Millers and the other is Crossroads I think. I have to return to them but I paid Rockmans the money yes but if your read the returns it tells you about third party it is so small print I live in the country that is why I buy on line, so now I have two dresses that I can’t wear I’m out of pocket for them. This seems very dishonest the way they are treating its customers now with selling clothes that are not their brand now you can only email them, so I’m not spending a cent more they have lost me as a customer.

Chinese rip off

I received the order today! I bought one of the specialised items which by photo was a lovely white top,
Turns out it came from China nor Rockmans
Imhad no idea it came from China it is very poor quality for an almost $100 item! I would suggest that it’s a rip off.
No I’m not sending it back to China ! I will be Much wiser from now on.
Don’t buy these items! They are nothing like their photo

Do not buy from this store

They will say that your order is confirmed then WEEKS later send an email saying it was out of stock when you purchased it. They refund the amount of the product but not shipping fees. They don’t respond to contact requests, feedback forms or complaints. Even the most basic of online stores has a system that knows stock levels and doesn’t sell out of stock items. Terrible experience. Gave them them benefit of the doubt but the exact same thing happened on 3 separate occasions.

One star is too many

Ordering is easy enough the issue comes after. I ordered 8 items over the Black Friday Sales.

The items arrived in different parcels at different times and while their shipping page says they ship within a week of ordering I expected delays so didn't start contacting them until after Christmas (over a month since I placed the order)

At this point I had received 5 of the 8 items and one was faulty (One sleeve was 8cm narrower than the other). I called them as the website instructions for faulty items weren't very clear (the call only got through on the 5th attempt as the line would cut out every so often. I was told a return shipping label would be sent to me as I was not responsible for the return shipping on faulty items. I was also told that they would look into my other items and see where they were. This seemed reasonable to me so I thanked them and hung up. I received an email thanking me for my call and letting me know I would be contacted soon to resolve my issue (no details of the conversation were provided on the email).

After this I called and emailed over 13 times trying to find out where my 3 undelivered items were. I was told 4 times they were shipped (they weren't, I was provided the tracking number for one of the other items I'd ordered), I was told they are being shipped 3 times and was never supplied with a tracking number. One of the three did arrive but the other 2 never did. 7 weeks after my order they said they have no longer got any stock and a refund would need to be arranged. I've been trying ever since to get this organised but have had no success. I never received the return label for my faulty item and after 16 calls and emails have had to take my case to a third party.

Each time I contacted them they couldn't tell me anything about my items or order. A minimum of 5 days later they would email me with conflicting information, half information or the wrong information. It is now the 5th of February and I am no closer to a resolution than I was on the 3rd of January. You can't escalate to a manager and you are always dealing with a different person so you need to explain your case each time.

I will advise anyone buying online to rather call a store and buy directly from them instead. It might feel like more work but spare yourself the headache of dealing with fall out of an online order. I will never order from them again and I will be urging everyone I know to avoid they as well. I gave them plenty of opportunity to make things right and they've had me in tears twice over this. I hope this review can save someone else some frustration.

Rockmans customer service is…

Rockmans customer service is disgusting. I have spent 12 months emailing them back and forth, about not be able to use a gift card online my mother bought me.

I don't have a store near me, or am able to get to one as I am disabled. My mother who has since passed away, a couple months ago, bought it for me to buy something very special for myself. This is the last thing my mum wanted me to do.

I received an email today to say my card will work online now. I ordered some clothing today , online and went through the checkout and it says "Gift card has already been used for this order" This comes after I was asked by customer service to give them the details of my card, number and pin.

I just sent an email back letting them know this, as I cant even phone the about this. Yet to hear back from them.
I will never shop with them again and just hope they allow me to use the card or refund the money.

Extremally disappointed as this has been ongoing for 12 months. Its been such a bad experience, caused lots of stress and have never had a problem online like this before. hope others dont have to go through this.

I ordered 3 dresses on the 21st…

I ordered 3 dresses on the 21st November, I received 1 on the 21st December. I rang them & was told to send a pic of the dress I received & the receipt inside. I sent both & they sent me an email saying it was all delivered on the 21st & make a lost parcel claim. I sent them an email back that was very nasty & on the 29th they will be getting a very nasty call & I will also be going to my bank for a refund. I’m over it, worst experience ever

Where do I begin.

Where do I begin.. HOPELESS!
Online order, only 3 tops, how hard could it be. I have had orders received quicker from the USA and China. I have waited 23 days for my order, still haven't received the tracking number. I have called, they don't answer. I have emailed, they replied with a stock standard generic response and I've messaged on Facebook, No response. Finally they answer the phone today. They say they can't tell me if it's even left the warehouse. They tell me they are waiting on a response from the warehouse which could take 72 hours. My response - it better not take 72 hours, you better have an answer for me by the end of the day.
So if you're considering ordering online - don't bother
