I have used Rocks & Co several times when I needed a special present for various family members and never been disappointed. The choice is excellent and the pictures and descriptions of the various pieces are Well described. The book on gem stones that is included in the purchase is fascinating and worth reading. My orders have always arrived on time and I will happily continue to use them in the future.

The show is a shambles now or mixed…
The show is a shambles now of mixed languages with or without translation. I've bought such a lot in the past , I won't be buying again until it changes to a format I can enjoy and understand. Why oh why have the UK customers been given such a bad deal. Didn't we spend enough money ?? aren't we worthy of having an English speaking time slot!!

What a shambles Rocks & Co is Now!! Have bought quite a few items from them and was looking today for a treat - couldn't stand listening to the amateur presenter any longer !! GEMS TV here I come. Might be cheaper for Rocks to have moved, huge price you're going to pay with loss of viewers.

Can’t fault the quick delivery of a ring I ordered, unfortunately I should have ordered a smaller size, I keep looking on their web site for the size I require and they don’t seem to stock many size Q I’ve only seen 3 . They have a lot of size N.
Or am I looking in the wrong place ?

I have been shopping at rocks and Co for a few years now and even though I appreciate the jewellery and the gem hunters who provide the gemstones I find the customer service terrible,
You;feel as if you are disturbing them when you order an item,
They are a few exceptions of course but I find ordering an item an unpleasant experience most of the time they sound like rebellious teenagers who just can’t be bothered to answer the phone
Because of my love of gemstones I still would shop at rocks and Co
But not sure for how long

Excellent company, i have bought a few pieces from rocks & co and been really pleased, you get the same brilliant service no matter how much you spend, it's a bit of a shame that they've gone to Germany there's all different voices which drives me mad ha ha, i must admit it's great watching don is experience is amazing, i only buy off line now which is always free postage, i highly recommend them tho, thank you.
