Great customer service

I ordered a bib mousse from them according to their fitment chart and the place I took it to to install spent 4 hours trying to install it and then told me it didn't fit and I bought the wrong size. I called Rocky Mt ATV and they were very helpful. Politely they confirmed my info and said it should fit. They offered to email the service place and help. They sent installation and troubleshooting info. Eventually I took the bike to another service location and they were able to install it just fine. I was really impressed because Rocky MT ATV (specifically Shaelyn) were very responsive and even reached to me proactively several times. And even though they seemed pretty sure they were not at fault, they were polite to me and the service tech trying to install it.

All the OEM parts you'll ever need!

The parts fische is great for looking up OEM parts, but it would be nice if I could type in the part number if already known and order the part directly instead of having to wade through the fische each time.

THANKS Rocky Mountain!

Website is easy to use and the prices are good. I play fantasy motocross on rmfantasysmx.com and I was able to easily spend the cash I had earned playing fantasy mx toward a Stacyc electric balance bike for my daughter that was already on sale! THANKS Rocky Mountain!
