Horrible Mobile Site Performance
This website has been straight up awful to navigate on a mobile device the last few months. “Add to cart” constantly being glitchy and not showing up once the type of part is selected, pages constantly timing out, search bar feature not working/timing out, etc. Makes me not want to even bother shopping here, honestly, since it’s been ending in frustration the last few experiences.

Shipping costs are a huge deterrence
Shipping costs are a huge deterrence. I always have to think twice about spending 50% of the total product price on shipping. I've definitely NOT purchased before because of it.
