Contrast this with the charlatans at Vision Property who have one bankrupt director after another and give estate agents a bad name.

I used Rodgers and Finnay to sell my first house, Phil was excellent at showing me the potential in my house! I wasn't sure of the process, but Phil made it very clear how it works and my house was sale agreed in 6 weeks! When my onward purchase was being a bit slow on the process Phil was on hand to reassure my buyer and happily kept myself and the buyer updated on all process.
I would highly recommend this estate agent for selling and buying!

Fantastic Estate Agents. Couldn't rate Rodger's and Finney highly enough. I dealt with Ryan almost exclusively throughout and he was fantastic. At the viewing stage he was not at all pushy, very informative and honest. He was always extremely quick to respond and highly communicative about what stage things were at throughout the entire process of buying my house and helped move things along quickly so I got the keys the morning of my desired completion date.
I've had experiences with many other estate agents in Belfast that were not nearly as positive so this was a refreshing change. 5 Stars all round.

We dealt with Ryan who was acting as the agent for the seller. We had lots of questions and Ryan was very quick to answer. He sorted issues that were outstanding from their side and found him to be exceptionally helpful and pleasant. From the initial viewing, he wasn't pushy and we found him highly agreeable to work with. The staff in the R&F Ballyhackamore branch were also very nice to deal with. I can 5 star the customer service.

From my initial contact with Rodgers and Finney I knew they were going to be the company we used. They had a friendly approach. Our agent was Ryan and I honestly couldn't say enough good things about him. He helped to get us the asking price we wanted for our house, he was always contactable or returned our calls if he was out. Selling your house is stressful but Ryan helped alleviate some of that by continually keeping us invoformed of what stage it was at and touching base with us. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Rodgers and Finney to anyone who is looking to sell their home.

Sold our house in East Belfast with R and F and they were first class. They always reverted to us quickly and were efficient in answering any questions we had with the sales process.
We then bought a house in Bangor with Rodgers and Browne as vendors agent. They were a disaster. Slow to update us not turning up to viewings when arranged. Rodgers and Finney great and Rodgers and Browne not so great. Tim.

After 6 months of having our house up for sale with another agent with no viewings we decided to change over to Rodgers and Finney.
They took time to talk through all aspects of the house and the sale which made us feel very at ease. Within days we had viewers through the door and within a week we had an offer! Throughout the whole process communication was frequent and clear and Ryan did a fantastic job steering us through it all. I certainly would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house!
