Total scam, avoid

Ordered two bottles of whisky, got a shipping notification but the items were never collected for delivery. Waited ten days and queried the order status via email repeatedly to absolute radio silence. Eventually got frustrated and threatened to start the chargeback process with my credit-card company and leave a negative review here. Moments later I got a refund notification (no message or explanation) and the money was back in my account a few days later.

They're still advertising the same whisky online as being "in stock".

Don't order from this company, or at least make sure you use a credit card if you do.

Avoid

Avoid, 10 days still no product, credit card company used credit card cash back facility, did not respond to any of my emails, have no idea if incompetent or fraudulent, make your own minds up. Took phone number of contact us, ignored 6 emails .if you choose next day delivery and do not receive, if you pay by credit card, they can reimburse immediately. Best to avoid, pay a bit more from Amazon

Placed an order saying it would be reciveid next day 3 days later I am still awaiting a response to my email. I have not even been told if my orders has even been dispatched! Last order off me

My cup / wine glass didn’t runneth over .

If I could give zero stars I would . I ordered a case of wine which I was told would arrive the next day , highly improbable I thought , but if Laithwaites and Naked wine can pull it off , why not them .
I waited almost a week , still no sign and I needed it for a party . Fortunately my wine club came to the rescue .
Emailed them , ignored and then again . Eventually some one phoned me with a convoluted story re carriers … not my circus not my monkeys .
Another date was arranged for delivery , still didn’t happen and eventually I cancelled after waiting two weeks .
I’m still waiting on an apology , but obviously not forthcoming . Just another number or perhaps my order wasn’t large enough?
Who knows? Would not recommend at all .

Ordered on a Friday for delivery after…

Ordered on a Friday for delivery after bank holiday.... received Parcelforce tracking details that lead nowhere then emailed Roister Customer Service who even now haven't responded! Missed being able to give gift on the Wednesday was going to cancel & ask for refund on the Thursday but got notification delivery was being made Friday & to top it all paid extra for next day delivery.. wont use again

No Delivery or Explanation Received

Ordered 2 bottles of rum for next day delivery, received confirmation that delivery was due dispatch in 05th May. 6th May passed no delivery. Called carrier on 7th May to be told that they had yet to receive the product from Roisters. Sent email, no answer only to receive a full refund with no explanation as to what has happened! No rum and no explanation! Poor service!

Very poor service i ordered a bottle of…

Very poor service i ordered a bottle of Whiskey on the 01/04/21 and paid for next day delivery as it was a present for my sons 21st birthday on the 08/04/21
i have sent 3 emails to the company to chase this and have had no replies
it is now the 13/04/21 and still no delivery
My advice to anybody thinking of using this company is avoid like the plague

Paid for next day delivery

Paid for next day delivery, which did not happen.
Emailed twice for a refund on the delivery charge - no response.
They use a delivery service which claimed “attempted delivery”. No card left and recipient was always at home due to lockdown. Money taken, nothing delivered and no communication. Avoid!

Was very reluctant to buy at first but…

Was very reluctant to buy at first but thought l would give them a try. Only ever bought Alcohol online from Amazon. But can’t fault the service first class & well packed would definitely be using again
