We needed a ramp in a pinch and they were professional and over-the-top helpful getting the ramp to us within hours. Definitely would recommend.

Product: Ramp and handrails - very good quality and relatively easy to install. Excellent customer service from the warehouse, Peter was very courteous and helpful with advice. Lucy in the office was also very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

The service, delivery and collection worked well. However the ramp itself proved quite heavy to manoeuvre, not helped by the two parts not being configured to go together (We had to unbolt and reboot parts). Also, the way the ramp parts effectively scissor together when being uncurled was dangerous and one of the volunteers got her hand pinched quite painfully. Definitely gloves should be recommended.

We hired a ramp to use in our venue for a dance show, for someone who needed wheelchair access. We found Lucy to be very helpful and the process to hire the right ramp was easy. Lucy also answered all our questions quickly. The ramp itself was just what we needed and the delivery and collection was great. Will definitely be using this Company again should we need another ramp.

In my option this company has very rude customer service and will deny your consumer rights. The fact is I had purchased the ramp for my disabled electric wheel chair brother on the 8th Nov 23.. The ramp order was placed online and when my disabled brother tried to use the ramp to only get stuck. The ramp is faulty and when I spoke to Lucy she would disconnect my calls. They are now refusing to provide a full refund or replacement and are disconnecting my phone. How will they offer me my warranty. The manager is very rude.

I am in disagreement with your replay as you have been rude, I have tried to contact you and you have slammed the phone many times. The company have emailed me to say I have no legal rights. I am within my 30 days to return the item. Please can you kindly collect your ramp and issue me with a full refund.

Very easy ordering process and excellent ramp

A lady called Lucy dealt with my request to hire a ramp and she was consistently helpful, patient and kind despite my changing my mind on both size and date of hire.

Well presented information about the product, easy purchase, super fast delivery, very helpful delivery driver. Then we had 8" snow - no problem the product had been put in the garage for us. Since the thaw we have been able to read the helpful assembly instructions but are awaiting assistance from friends to move it into position in the new year. We'll update the review then.

Doesn't fit over threshold properly. Has 2 support stands but no screws with them.

Excellent delivery & communication because all at Roll-a-Ramp were friendly, efficient and paperwork is clear. Emails were answered promptly. The ramp arrived in good condition and as scheduled. Lucy Heaton clarified a point about it's condition very fast. The delivery person was not in a rush and kindly took the ramp on the pallet truck to my car, which extended his stay but was done happily.

Roll-a-Ramp were able to build and supply a ramp within 24 hours! Fantastic service and a quality product that is easy to assemble and disassemble as required. A friendly team to deal with and I high recommend their services.

Ordered a bi-fold and a roll a ramp. The instructions cover the rolling ramp but not the bi-fold. The site has no videos or instructions for the bi-fold setup. I asked detailed questions on the bi-fold and the rep just wanted to focus on the roll up ramp.

The product seems well built but not having videos or instructions and not answering detailed questions was extremely frustrating.

The rollaramp is simple. Unroll it and place it. The bi-fold comes with end plates and needs to be rigid in order to fold it in half. The wheels will rub against the ramp as they didn't send washers or collars and stated that they aren't needed.

The roller wheels require nuts that stick out into the ramp. Why not have surface bolts so they don't stick out into the ramp?

Great fun, excellent product if you are into roller-blading and have some space to set-up the equipment. Helpful and friendly staff.
