So quick to arrive so simple to fit first class in all regards

I purchased three black out blinds from Roller Blinds Direct in September last year. I fitted 2 straight away and they were very good. However, due to a bedroom makeover, the third blind (almost 9 feet wide) was left unopened in its sealed plastic wrapper until fitting in March, at which point I discovered it had a very small hole in the fabric and the pelmet material was poorly fitted. I contacted Roller Blinds Direct whose response was, "I am so sorry but as your order is over 6 months old we are unable to determine if the hole is from us."
I am disgusted at their suggestion that I may have been responsible for the hole in the material and furthermore, they made no mention of the pelmet issue. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Blinds arrived as ordered and in good time

The blind is of good quality and the delivered colour matches that portrayed on the company's website. The blind was delivered within the advertised timescale and was very straightforward to install.

Very happy with my roller blind.
I only have a very slight complaint... fabric curls very slightly at sides and fixings cheaper than I've had from direct blinds who no longer seem to exist. Also chain a bit short... but probably safer!

I was an Interior designer for nearly 30 years & used to fit Curtains & Blinds myself. I purchased a blackout roller blind with a 'Designer Style' Pelmet -I have got to say this was the easiest fitting experience I have ever had - You simply screw the brackets to the wall - Clip the pelmet box on to the brackets & the Roller blind just clips inside it - So simple. Brilliant !!!!

Blinds looks and perform very good. Looks more premium then cut to size blinds from marketplace or supermarkets.
Happy so far, time will testing it.

Mechanism is poor, grotchy and feels cheap. Blind material is good.

Easy to follow instructions for measuring the blinds but took out the very good value insurance anyway just to be on the safe side! The blind fitted beautifully and looks fantastic, it's really made a difference to the bathroom.

The quality of my blinds is excellent - well made, lovely fabric, sturdy metal brackets, strong chain, so easy and quick to fit. Lovely product. Thankyou.
