I have been depositing and playing for a while with Rolletto, I've had some wins and some losses. Recently, I received their New Year bonus after depositing. The max withdrawal states 5 X deposit + bonus. I deposited £500 and received £100 bonus. I ended up winning £2,526 and withdrew £2,500. They deducted £2,026 and only let me withdraw £500.

I submitted a complaint and was told as per their bonus terms they have paid the correct amount. I sent the screenshot showing max withdrawal 5 x bonus + deposit and they won't answer me, just sending me the usual copy and pasted answer.

They owe me £2,026. I have spent a lot of money on this site and they have completely ripped me off. I am waiting to hear back from them and I will be logging complaints with Casinomeister and AskGamblers.

For a significant period, my account was managed under a clear and consistent structure. Communication was timely, expectations were clear, and deposit-linked incentives were applied in a transparent and routine manner. This changed abruptly following reassignment to a new account manager.

After the reassignment:
• Messages went unanswered for multiple days at a time.
• Direct questions were avoided or met with generic or templated responses.
• Meaningful engagement only resumed after I formally contacted the Complaints Team.
• I was subsequently told that contacting complaints “slowed things down,” despite the lack of response being the sole reason escalation became necessary.

This pattern is fully documented in email correspondence.

Throughout the complaint process, I made repeated and reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. I clearly explained that any free spins referenced were requested solely as a goodwill gesture to resolve ongoing service and communication failures while the complaint itself was active — not as a bonus entitlement.

Despite this, the Complaints Team repeatedly reframed the issue as a “bonus eligibility” dispute, which did not reflect the substance of my complaint and allowed the core issues to remain unaddressed.

Specifically:
• Routine, deposit-linked incentives from prior account management were later described as “exceptional goodwill bonuses,” which is factually inaccurate.
• Remedial free spins issued solely to resolve a previous complaint were incorrectly categorised as discretionary goodwill.
• The repeated communication failures, response delays, and complaint-handling issues were never substantively addressed.
• No goodwill resolution was offered to bring this complaint to a close, despite clear evidence and extensive correspondence supporting my position.

I also repeatedly requested clarification regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). While Rolletto acknowledged in principle that external escalation exists, they refused to provide any specific ADR details or a clear deadlock confirmation, instead issuing vague references to “other legal channels.” This left me in a position where internal resolution was effectively exhausted without a transparent escalation pathway.

Responses from Compliance largely relied on generic procedural language, without engaging with the actual complaint points raised or providing a clear outcome.

I retain a complete paper trail of all correspondence, including unanswered emails, delayed responses, contradictory explanations, and repeated deflection away from the substance of my complaint.

This experience reflects a lack of transparency, accountability, and effective complaint handling, particularly once a matter is escalated beyond frontline support.

I would strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider how disputes are handled if issues arise, as my experience suggests that persistence and formal escalation are met with delay rather than resolution.

An absolute disgrace of a company. I have been betting with Rolletto for a couple of years now. After significant wins I have withdrawn money over a period of time and hit a stumbling block because I had apparently reached the £7,500 weekly limit on withdrawals. I accepted this, but was told I couldn't withdraw for another 12 days, and even then only a fraction of this limit.

I wouldnt invest anything more than a few pounds into the website because of their pathetic excuses and ridiculous withdrawal limits and timescales. I wouldnt mind the limits so much if they didnt charge around 3% a time to withdraw. AVOID
