Same date of birth

Same device and IP

Same bank information

At no point did Rolletto’s system detect or block these new registrations, even though responsible gambling policies require exclusion to apply across all future accounts. This led to further gambling activity that should never have been possible.

Underage Misclassification Instead of Proper Action

On one account, I falsely claimed to be underage. Instead of verifying the claim or recognising that I had previously self-excluded, Rolletto simply closed the account under “underage,” which bypassed the responsible gambling safeguards that should have been triggered. This shows a lack of proper identity linkage and internal record-keeping.

Over £11,000 Deposited With Zero AML / Affordability Checks

Across the accounts, over £11,000 was deposited.
At no point was I:

asked for source of funds

asked for source of wealth

asked for bank statements

asked for affordability documentation

Not even one financial check.

Everything was processed through PayOp bank transfers, meaning the transactions carried no gambling merchant code and bypassed typical UK protections. Even when my bank flagged the merchant as high-risk, Rolletto continued to allow deposits without any additional checks.
