We are really pleased with both the kitchen and the service we've had from the team at Roma. 

From initial contact with Lauren and the survey by Steve, through to final completion, the planning, communication, promptness and service have been great. It's also been a stress free proces.

We had Mark as our fitter, such professionalism, he is a great fitter, nothing is too much trouble.

Roma have exceed our expectations from the ideas of what we could do to the kitchen, the one on one discussion with John within their showroom to agree the plan, to the extraordinary fitter Mark who made our plans a reality we cannot fault them.
Very clean, great ideas and out of the box thinking with our cupboard under the stairs to make the most of the space to make it into something very usable.

Had a kitchen fitted by Roma in 2013, had no end of issues with the installation. Each time they came back to rectify they made the issue worse. The Quartz was not the same as we had seen in the showroom, instead a cheaper option from China. We had to seek legal advice and ended up withholding some money back. This was agreed by both parties. In 2016 I noticed a crack in one of the doors and because we did not pay the full amount they would not honour the warranty, so had to claim under my credit card to get work done. I contacted 4 local fitters who all echoed my opinions of Roma. All singing all dancing showroom, very helpful to begin with but Customer Care is non-existent! They rely on their top 'fitter' who forgets who the client is and makes decisions off plan without consulting the client. Because nobody wanted to come back to rectify the work, its only just been completed. BEWARE!

I think that Roma gave an excellent service and the design and the craftsmen involved were really pleasant to work with. The job that they did was complete and lived up to the design right through at every stage. We've had a fair bit of work done on the house over the years and Roma were amongst the best we've used.

Since my first visit to Roma Interiors where I was trying to choose a kitchen, I received unfailing helpfulness and efficiency. Everyone is highly professional. Installation was seamless and after sales service very responsive. Nothing was too much trouble, even replacing a dripping kitchen tap 2 years after installation.

After deciding to take the plunge and totally re-model our separate dining room, kitchen and small utility room and also to remove the back wall of the house to add triple sliding glass doors too overlooking the rear garden, we searched for a company that could not only supply good quality units, worktops and fittings but could also project manage this major project too.
After an initial visit to the Roma showroom, we liked what we saw and the professionalism of Chris Hallam and his team, who explained clearly the services Roma could offer.
We had our own very clear design and finish ideas which relayed to Chris and after more consultations with him were confident that they had the matter totally in hand. (If a client does need design help and advice, they provide an excellent design service).
They certainly did have everything in hand. The project management worked well, with Roma liaising with "their" builder, plumber, plasterers, electricians, Corian worktop provider, specialist glass installers for our splash backs and specially commissioned worktop etc and "our" surveyor window and flooring companies to ensure the project was completed with agreed timescales.
We chose to provide all the white goods, oven and some sinks and taps and mixed them with some provided by Roma and this worked well for us.
The quality and finish of their units were excellent and they were meticulously installed by their skilful fitter, Conrad.
We were so impressed with Roma that we have not hesitated to recommend them to friends and family who too have both also now had successfully completed installations.
Competitive prices, high quality finish, professional and friendly service …...we are very happy to recommend Roma to all.

My wife and I were looking to replace the rather tired looking 17 year old kitchen that Moore’s installed when our house was built with a modern design that would compliment our house.

Having toured around the usual suspects showrooms without a glint of excitement, we came across the Roma Interiors showroom in Ashford following a quick browse through google and reading a few reviews. The showroom was impressive, with a good range of high quality kitchens installed and a team led by Chris Hallam that not only made you feel welcome, but also listened attentively to our ideas and guided us through the multitude of designs and options with a balanced view which ultimately enhanced the effectiveness of the design of our new kitchen.

Following a home design consultation by Chris and a survey by Steve the PM, we ended up with an inventive and well thought out design that exceeded our initial expectations.

From the various project phases from initial strip-out, first fix plumbing and electrical work, through to kitchen, appliance and worktop installation and commissioning, we were both truly impressed with the execution and management, amazing quality of workmanship, the professionalism cleanliness and customer focus of all Roma staff and subcontractors as well as their great attention to detail.

Living on planet earth, you will always encounter unexpected issues with a complex project of this nature – but these do not escalate into a drama – because the highly skilled Roma team bring these to your attention at an early stage, enabling a work through of the various mitigation options to get the result that exceeds your expectations.

We both have to say that our expectations have been well and truly exceeded by the amazing work that Chris Hallam and his team at Roma have done for us. The quality of our modern well designed kitchen is amazing; we have both been WOWED by the work Roma have done and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Roma I find all the staff very accommodating and helpful, and polite they have put right everything that needed to be done

Roma designed and supplied our kitchen for our own builders to install. The kitchen quality is fantastic and looks stunning and the design service was worth it's weight in gold.

We were planning to design our own painted wood kitchen and order with an online supplier, but thanks to the design service provided by Roma we avoided some big design mistakes and have ended up with a totally practical and gorgeous kitchen.

They worked with us to bring our dream kitchen in on budget, we sourced most of the the appliances. Communication was great, and our builders were supplied with comprehensive fitting instructions.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again and our neighbour was so impressed she used them too!

After so many calls and emails trying, almost begging them to come back and rectify the faults with my kitchen I had to threaten them with court action before they would even reply.

Finally a rude guy turned up. Rectified the faults, left a whole load of mess and left.

The sink still leaks, we called and paid for a plumber to do the work it was less painful than being fed more promises and lies from Chris and David at Roma. The billing was wrong, nothing was right.

Appalling company to have work for you. They are really nice until you place the order then it’s all change.

After initially seeming not too interested in the smallish job with a long lead time quoted, they then came back and responded well with a far shorter lead time. The workmanship and material quality was very good and completed on schedule. Overall we are very pleased with the result.

Roma's products are beautifully designed and the quality exceptional. But the people make the company. We wanted a simple add-on unit to the kitchen they had already installed. We had courteous and friendly dealings with all those we encountered in the office. From two people in particular we had outstanding service: Maria, always available, patient and a source of good practical advice; and Mat, highly competent in handling the installation and another great ambassador for Roma.

Great bespoke design , fitting ( exactly to projected time and plan !) and after sales / fitting service . They care for their customers .

We purchased our kitchen just over 12 years ago from Roma and have been really pleased with it. We wanted to modernise it a bit however and decided have it spray painted a different colour, and update a few of the finishes such as cornices and plinths. After some expensive mistakes thinking I knew what I was doing, I called Chris who surveyed and made recommendations for what was essentially a small job. They provided the materials and labour to put everything right. Steve liaised with our sprayers to get materials collected directly, and Norman was the fitter whose expertise and diligence gave a lift to the quality of the final fittings. The whole team went the extra mile to make sure we got the final outcomes we needed, and for a very reasonable price as well. I just wish I'd contacted Chris in the first place.

First class service and very happy with our bespoke larder unit. Very happy to recommend Roma Interiors to anyone.

Was initially recommended by my neighbour to approach Roma Kitchens as all my kitchen appliances needed replacing. Following my initial enquiry, Chris (joint owner) called round to discuss my requirements and following a visit to the companies premises and further discussions with Chris, not only did I replace all appliances, I also decided to replace the unit doors, sink/taps and worktop. Chris and his colleagues at Roma have been extremely helpful throughout and have done a fantastic job from my initial enquiry,subsequent quotation and completed works. The completed kitchen has been finished to a very high standard with attention to detail and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roma Interiors to anyone who is considering either upgrading their existing kitchen or opting for a complete new kitchen. Roma have designed and installed a wonderful kitchen for us and I can honestly say I have never had people work in our house for over 22 years due to a very poor bathroom installation by a national company.
However this was a totally different experience, designed and installed by a local company with care and attention to every detail, the company are totally professional in every aspect. Thanks to all involved.
