Saffron and Hannah have both been really helpful in identifying suitable properties we may be interested in, arranging viewings for these and answering our questions. Quick and polite communication. Also, I appreciated that Romans letting agency were happy to conduct virtual viewings, which really helps when relocating from beyond Bath.

Property viewing experience
I went into the office to book a potential viewing, and I was looked after by Saffron - she was super helpful and booked me in for a viewing on the next day. She also took me around the property, informed me of all I needed to know and was very accommodating!
