Jordan was very helpful, easy to contact friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! Life time legal charged me a monthly fee which I did not want. I had to chase them to cancel the DD I didn’t want, I couldn’t find an opt out option on there website.

The consultants are very friendly and professional. I've interacted with two of them. Amanda picked up our query quickly, answered all our questions, came on time and prepared for the meeting/view.

I have been the landlord of a rental property in Swindon for a number of years and have always had excellent service, initially from Dewhurst which was then taken over by Romans. I am particularly grateful to Naomi Hamilton who only joined the company fairly recently. She liaised with the previous tenants over a tricky issue and was able to achieve a good outcome thereby avoiding a legal dispute. She then helped to organise maintenance work and a re-furb of the property extremely efficiently and she has always been a pleasure to deal with. She is definitely an excellent addition to the team at Romans.
