Recently sold our property with Romans in yateley and the experience was outstanding, Dan Fleming and the guys in the office are professional and listen to buyers and match their requirements to what is on offer. We sold our 5 bed property quite quickly . Our experience with another agent in the village was not good despite being on their books for 6 months with very few viewings and no offers, Romans managed to find a buyer within a couple of months. Once the offer had been accepted Catherine Mcnicholas took over as our home mover and she was incredible, always available when I called and kept me in the loop unlike the solicitors but they are another story . Would highly recommend Romans yateley as number one estate agents in Yateley

Initially met Dan in August when he came to value my parents' house, for a social services assessment. Dan listened to what I told him, and I felt he was upfront and honest with me. When I decided to put the house on the market in February, I immediately contacted Dan without hesitation. Estate agents do come under fire on social media and it was refreshing and reassuring to meet Dan and to have him market the property. A lovely chap who I have no hesitation in recommending.

We will, where possible, choose Romans over any other agent, as we feel they are trustworthy and honest. We have used Romans for our last 3 moves. Jack, our valuer, was/is pleasant and knowledgeable.

Excellent service! Chris and Dan especially have been fantastic throughout the process, very quick and clear communication and very accommodating to allow measurement visits etc. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Catherine, Kyle and Chris, (Yateley) were always on hand if needed.  Not pushy, just in the background with little updates.  They were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.  
We were unsure if we were going to sell when Christ came round, but he continued to reassure us that it was our decision, and they would be there, if and when the time came.  Kyle spent time going over the finer details of our requirements and Catherine, well, wow, what an asset to the company.  There were days when we just didn't think it was going to happen, but she was brilliant, and assisted us smoothly through.  Even passing on messages from our buyer to us, and visa versa.  Which I am sure was above and beyond! Thank you one and all!

I have just sold my house with Jarred and the whole experience has been second to none. Jarred has gone above and beyond in everything, He is very supportive has offered me excellent advice and has made the whole process as smooth and straight forward as it possibly could be. I would absolutely recommend Jarred and Romans. Thankyou guys so much

Terrible company.
The Yateley branch are terrible, say they callback and don’t.
Was ment to be buying a house they never mentioned probate, told me I could be in on a certain date then once I’m rushing my solicitor they then mention probate. Told me various dates for when probate was applied for, passed me from person to person in the office.
Emails showing probate wasn’t mentioned yet they slip the word executor on the memorandum so expected me to know. They try to wash hands of anything they do wrong. Terrible company.

Now heard being mislead is known as ‘the Romans experience’

pretty much dross from the top down. I do not advise using this company to manage your lettings. They mishandle nearly every aspect and communication is terrible. Sadly they also do not take complaints seriously and just make excuses... I had to go all the way to the "Property Ombudsman" that upheld every aspect of the complaints that Romans chose to ignore... a 2 year process ! Be warned !

Great service from start to finish, Jarrad was fantastic always available for any questions we might have. Catherine was an absolute credit to the company without her i may well have changed my mind about selling we cannot say enough great things about her. no fault of romans more solicitors issues. Would highly recommend.

My opinion of Romans as a company was not good but the branch in Yateley were so good it changed my opinion! Special mention to Jack Barton who was always available and his professionalism was second to none. So well done Romans and well done Jack
