I was under the impression that Omnia is the Vatican's official ticket seller. It is not. Merely a third-party seller. Stay away. More inconvenient and more expensive than buying directly.... See more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
When we were in Rome and the Vatican, it was the best thing/deal we could have done. Loved not standing in line. Made productive use of our time. We just had a little hard time finding the location to pick up our pass. Passing the idea on to our friends. Made our trip much more enjoyable and we were able to see more. Thank you OmniPass
Good value for money
Picking up the passes were easy and the staff there could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately that was the peak in customer services.
The queue jumps still left pushing and jumping within the group, outwith interest of the staff taking the groups. The staff on the tour bus included in the passes could not have been more rude - it was quite honestly a disgrace the way these people think it is acceptable to speak to anyone.
Excellent concept and easy to use
Excellent, especially "Queue jumping". Only downside is that they do not make clear that you should divide your break into 2 separate blocks - one for OMNIA and the other for ROMA - once you use them the time limit starts and you can waste a day of ROMA whilst seeing the Vatican on OMNIA.
Great way to discover Rome
The Omnia Vatican & Rome Card helps you get the most out of discovering Rome. Booked slot for the Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museum. The hop on - hop off bus was brilliant. I recommend it to everyone.
Great to have
Must have to explore Rome easily and worry free. Wish the tour buses operated earlier and later in the day. Would have been nice to have Vatican museum and St. Peter's basilica tour guides actually perform tour guide duties for the whole tour and not just walk us to the site and then leave us to figure out where to go and what everything was.
Absolutely perfect!
The Omnia Vatican & Rome Card is a real big pleasure! Skipping the line and free entries work perfect!
I never would go to Rome again without it.
A card well worth having !
The card saved us considerable money & also queuing times. The only down side was actually collecting the card, which was time consuming, in a) finding the office
b) the length of queue
c) the time taken to explain how to use it - but the detail was very thorough & clear, done to all members of the party not just the party leader.
Would highly recommend, but be aware of the time taken to collect it !
A week in Rome on July
Great experience, all public transports in use for 3 days since activation, easy to reach the main attractions by card :) Only negative thing was long lines at the Colosseum because there's no streamers etc. to split the lines between ticket holders and non-ticket holders :(
Best value for money we experienced on our Eurpoean trip.
Great value, fast skip the line entrances to all attractions which is an absolute must. The hop on hop off bus was a fantastic way to get around to all the sites. Highly recommend this to anyone going to Rome.
Best investment for a family vacation in Rome
It saves huge amount of time and money for families vising Rome. No waiting time at entry lines at the main touristic objectives plus flexibility to use public transportation and hop in - hop out bus allowed us to explore more in Rome , Vatican and Ostia.
Rome Card great; Vatican Card so-so
Vatican system needs to be improved. A lot of time is wasted because you must meet at the information centre and then you must walk, as a group, to the Vatican museum (takes approx. 20 minutes). It would be more efficient to meet at the museum. The same problem is experienced when going to St. Peters. More time should be allotted for the Vatican museum. The hop-on hop-off bus is not dependable; every time we rode it( 4 times) we had to get off at the Termini stop and wait for another bus. Once we waited 1 hour for the next bus and then when we finally got back on the road, they announced that they would not be going to our stop so we had to get off and find alternative transportation.
Great Value
Certainly worth getting the Roma card for use on the metro and the sightseeing options were great!

Excellent Omnia Vatian and Rome Pass
Fantastic service. Would highly recommend this pass. Excellent value for the money. Definitely recommend for the height of the summer. No queuing in the blistering heat around the Vatican. Straight into the Coliseum and other worth while attractions.
