shocking customer service

order never arrived. said they had refunded me but never did. had to claim via bank to get money back. then they had the nerve to debit my account again for a subscription which I cancelled

Ordered on 16th Jan and still waiting…

Ordered on 16th Jan and still waiting for my order, had a call to say they were waiting for it to arrive from the supplier and would be received the following week, still nothing, no response to email, no response to refund request so will now be raising a dispute with the bank. Terrible

too many repeat orders

I made a mistake and orders to come more frequently than I needed. I have repeated replied to the email advising me that yet again another order is coming. I do not want any further orders but staff do not seem to understand this.

Avoid using this site

Wish I’d read reviews, feels like a bit of a scam site. Order never arrived and I chased twice. Eventually received an email saying they were closing the business and I should get a refund. So far this hasn't arrived and website is still up and running? Please avoid using this site.

Order 73284 on December 20th for £46.84…

Order 73284 on December 20th for £46.84 never arrived. No receipt generated but the cash was taken immediately. Thankfully, I have the Shop app. I contacted Rony Pets in early December by email and called Mid-january and was told that they sent email informing customers it would be delayed and that it must be in my junk mail. It wasn't. I was told the products would be arriving the following week and would I be willing to wait. I said yes if they were arriving within 7 days. The order still has not arrived and it's February 3rd. When I look at their site, I can still order the item I'm waiting for when they clearly don't have them in stock. Not good! Will not be ordering from Romy Pets again and will be telling others to avoid as well.

Really wish I’d read reviews first. Placed an order 12 days ago, yodel says items still not got to them yet I’ve a tracking number? Going to claim my money back through credit card company clearly a bogus company, really hope they prove me wrong!

Feels like a scam

I ordered Maelson soft kennel on 15/2/2022. There was a significant delay but this was explained and accepted. A product finally came on 16/3/2022 however this was wrong and Romypets efficiently ordered pickup and said correct product was on way. Many months past, multiple communications made by email and eventually promises of a refund. Have had nothing. Been polite and patient, I understand how tough it can be for small businesses but ultimately disappointed, £159 down and no soft kennel!

I should have read the reviews
No tracking number
Not dispatched
Had to get an app to chase order but this too was useless

Ordered a dog harness on 24 Oct 2022…

Ordered a dog harness on 24 Oct 2022 for £17:99. It took. Approx 3 weeks to deliver it after a number of complaints made by me. Harness arrived and was far too small. Was told to return it for a re fund using a return label supplied by them. No re fund given so queried why not and was asked address to which harness was returned. I told them that it was sent to an address supplied by them and I have heard nothing since. That was on 12 Dec 2022. I have sent numerous messages to Romy Pets and they have not replied to any of them.
Under no circumstances would I order from this firm again and would urge anybody else not to do so.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.
I placed an order of £250’s worth of dog food. It took several weeks for some of the order to arrive, I had to repeatedly ask where my order was, turns out they didn’t even have it in stock.
When it finally did arrive, I only received 3 boxes instead of the 10 I had ordered and paid for the month before!
The order arrived staggered over more time.
It’s been 6 weeks since I placed the order, I only ever received 9 boxes out of 10.
I was promised a 10% refund which I was told had been processed, never received that either, I’ve since sent further emails asking for a refund for the remaining box I never received and I have been ignored.
Absolutely disgusted!
Firstly, don’t list items on your website that you do not have in stock!
Update your customers, don’t ignore them!
Not refunding customers when you have not provided the goods is disgusting, I don’t know how you can sleep at night, that money is not yours to keep!
Awful company.

Placed order on 17/01/23 - Still Waiting!

Placed order on 17th January but still waiting for my order to arrive! There has been no response to my email sent to enquire about the goods that I’ve ordered/paid for. Have sent a message through the Shop Message facility but like other customers, the next step for me will be to contact my credit card’s legal department to get a refund.
