Glad I wasn't in a rush for this parcel

There was some confusion over when the parcel was actually sent but it took 9 days to be delivered by DPD. I had to chase it and only then did I get the email to say it had been dispatched. Glad it wasn't something I needed quickly.

Avoid

Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago, took 5 days to dispatch the items even though they had in stock, 2 weeks later still not received, sent emails chasing but no response.

UPDATE:
Within 30 mins of writing this review I had a response from the retailer asking for order details, I sent this straight away and have yet to receive a reply! Shocking customer service

Unreliable Company

I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but Romy Pets are a joke shop!! After 3 orders placed at different times and having to wait nearly 8 days for delivery is totally unacceptable!!!! I called them , only for them to say delivery will be with you on Friday. It is now the following Tuesday and still no delivery. This is the 3rd time of this happening. I even sent 2 emails to ask what the issue was, these were ignored and even so rude not to reply. So folks dont buy from Romy pets, they are a waste of time and do not care about customers - AVOID and order from Amazon.

Still awaiting my order

Still awaiting my order. Ordered a coat for my growing puppy on 7 November, received an email and tracking number a few days later to say order received and being prepared for delivery. 2 weeks on and Romypets still haven't passed the order onto the courier. Several emails, one answered calling me by another name saying they'll look into it and nothing since.

Avoid unless you want long waits and only a partial order and then be ignored

Update 23/12/2022!!!!!!!! Romypets are now trying to get this review taken down!
Order placed on 30/10/2022. Did have the order acknowledged until 4 days later. Order arrived on 8 November with one item missing. Sent an email asking where the item was or for a refund and was told they would resend (which is funny as they never sent it in the first place). Another week has gone past and still no missing item. No response to email so now having to go through credit card company for a refund. So unless you want to wait an extremely long to time receive a partial order, I would go elsewhere! Will not be using again.
Edit: after starting a claim through my credit card company the remainder of my order finally turned up so cancelled the claim.

Super slow shipping

Super slow shipping. Ordered some new balls for my dog on the 1st November, and it said shipping was 2-4 days. They didn’t even get around to despatching them until the 7th, and it’s now the 12th and I still don’t have my order.

Late delivery of harnesses

I only got part of my order initially and that was some time after I ordered it. I got the final item today which is about 3 weeks after the original order. I would much rather I had been warned not all the items were available, so I could make alternative arrangements

Lovely company to deal with!

Lovely company to deal with. I chose the wrong size of dog coat in error. I realised the next day and they were so helpful in sorting it out, even going as far as to send it special delivery so we received it in time for our holiday! The coat is fantastic quality, and Rompets was the best price I found for it. I will definitely order from them again.

Repeat order cancelled but they still processed my next order!! -Very frustrating but my initial 1 star review is now a 4 star because the refund came through 1 day after I alerted them of the mistake
