Miles and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Good communication throughout, and very pleasant guys to have around. The job was assessed, estimated, carried out to the letter, and signed off with a 15 year guarantee, and final invoice was exactly as estimated. Their efficiency is the first thing that struck me.
The representative arrived promptly to assess the job and I received a quote by email almost before he'd left the building. It gave me confidence to proceed almost equally quickly!
It was a small job which they were able to slot in their schedule remarkably quickly.
The construction team arrived early then quietly and competently got on with the job, despite the limited access to the sides of the roof. On completion they left the site taking all old and surplus material away.
The representative of the company visited me the following day to check that he and I were satisfied with the work - before sending the invoice.

Excellent service from initial telephone call requesting an estimate for undertaking work to a serious leak to a flat roof above a dormer window - the replacement of flat roof was completed in a timely manner using a rubber membrane.
Miles was very knowledgeable and his team were very professional, hardworking, efficient, tidy and polite which resulted in completing a great job. Would not hesitate in calling on Roofing Solutions again if we should ever have similar roofing problems in the future.

Great experience from start to finish following storm damage to my roof. Very responsive when we were getting quotes and dealing with the insurers requests. Got us booked in quickly, arrived on time and carried out the repairs and then did a really thorough tidy up.

And, nice guys to boot. Overall, couldn’t have been a better experience.
