My wife and I are local people from the local area.
We’ve been customers of Roomes since 2007 and have always had excellent customer experiences.
Today we purchased a large sofa and foot stall for a new room in the house.
Our customer sales assistant was Tony and his service was exceptional.
He discussed at length the day before about the furniture we were interested in. Explaining the pros and cons and taking us through the pricing and buying options. He kindly let us take home some fabric samples to match up with our existing furniture which proved really useful.
Tony wasn’t pushy with any upselling of insurance products, but explained in depth how they could be beneficial.

Overall, again, very impressed with Roomes and their customer service. We shall remain customers of our ‘local’ shop.

Went to store looking to replace our sofas. As soon as we explained the sort of thing we were after Tony our sales consultant knew exactly in which direction to take us, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble and we never felt rushed. We have always rated Roomes customer service highly and I can honestly say that Tony did you proud.

The guy Paul very helpful and informative, we were a little unsure of the finish on the chairs, he was really helpful showing us what it would like up against the finish of our existing table. Nothing was too much trouble will definitely use this store again

We had excellent service from Tony today at Roomes who went above and beyond for us in helping us choose our sofas and chair, and with colour choices. He has years of experience and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed.

Very impressed with the range of beds available in store, the bed I have purchased is was on clearance and the price is fanatic! Suki was so very friendly and helpful when I was picking the bed. It was great to meet her in store!

We were greeted by Tony and we had a marvellous shopping experience from a lovely knowledgeable assistant.

Tony was absolutely amazing . We have been may places and never had the excellent service he gave . Listened to what we required and found us the perfect chair . Most polite, friendly efficient person I have met in many years .

Gemma was really helpful and friendly when we purchased a sofa from Roomes.
