AWFUL!!! If I could give them less than one star I would! After 2 months I still have no information on my order that was supposed to take 3-4days. They said keep waiting and that would be easier than getting a refund. They ignore my requests and have no way of speaking to anyone at the company. DO NOT ORDER OFF THEM YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Scam, I ordered a year ago they still send me spam emails, but have never delivered anything, I tried to go through customer service a few times they give you a useless ticket to wait for someone to contact and never do, do not trust or order from these people.

After I ordered I received a fake DHL tracking code and it never progressed, I stop checking it after a few months of nothing, and the only emails I have received are not customer service but their never ending sale that is just a way to get people to order fast.

The recent 5 star reviews are obviously fake as they say similar things and are no doubt the company trying to up their rating and continue their scam. Disgusted that nothing has been done about this company or website.

It seems like after blackfrieday the roomox. anything has not send any oders. I odered then unicorn beanbag and dogbed i got the dogbed and answers to my request that the unicorn bag was run out cos of large oder amount. That i can understand. I was given answer to wait till the end of year and that was fine...
No more answers to any off my questions or contact try's.
Seems like no way to get money back or the item that i odered sad. The quality of the dog bed was good. Would have odered more if the beanbag had come.

Roomox is incredible BAD company! Avoid in anyway you can! I was studip and didn't read rewies until now. If have read these first, i have never placed an order RX-69340 to them. I have waited three weeks my order, and got nothing!!

They don't answer any of my email, and you just can't find any phone number on the web site. I am so angry to this company.

Order RX-69120 placed in January 2018. Still haven't received anything and no replies to any of my enquiries. On my way to file a police report also!

several times I tried to contact you concerning my order:

I am still waiting for the blue bean bag!! The two weeks delivery time passed long time ago and you did not react on any of my mails. This is your last chance to react before I go to my lawyer in order to press criminal charges because of fraud against you.

You have time until March 3rd 2018 to get in touch with to clarify either the delivery of my order or the reimbursement of my payment. Otherwise I ll go to my lawyer and the police on March 5th 2018.

Your business practices are more than disappointing and customer service seems to be none existant in your company.

Nach zig Beschwerdemails, in deutscher wie auch in englischer Sprache, die allesamt übrigens real unbeantwortet blieben, wurde heute der bestellte Sitzsack in gewünschter Farbe geliefert.
Dennoch kann ich nur jedem davon abraten dort zu bestellen!
Viel Erfolg denen, die noch warten!

Fraud scam site - Still waiting for a refund after rasing tickets. Purchased pre Christmas and turned into a nightmare exactly as others here have stated!

”Usually ships within 2-3 days” in the language of Roomox actually means:

1) We will create an account on our site, and lull you into thinking everything is ok!

2) We will of course never send you a order confirmation!

3) We WILL take your money, fast as hell!

4) When contacting us, we will never reply, but we will remove the account created in step 1.

Avoid this company!

No delivery for two months, no response to any inquiry of delivery for the past six weeks, many attempts to get an update on delivery date.
Have requested a phone number to call them, that they call me, that they cancel the order and refund me, but only the silence treatment.

I have the same experience - ordered and paid a Nylon Grey XXL on December 12th 2017 and still waiting for it! I have sent 3 messages to support service with no answer. Did one of you got it during January/February? Thanks, Estelle.
