Scam

I ordered and payed a beanbag on 2 December 2017. No delivery, no response, no money back after almost three months.
Their website still says the item is available and ships in 2 weeks.

I am still waiting for my delivery!!! Since the beginning of December 2017!!!

I placed and paid the order at the beginning of December 2017.
Roomox wanted to deliver it at the beginning of January but I am still waiting for it! Since now no more information/update about the delivery even if my order is now again available for delivery on their website!
I am very disappointed!!! I want to cancel my order and have my money back as soon as possible!

Order placed on 12 December 2017..

Order placed on 12 December 2017... no information about delivery but my credit card has been debited. Despite several emails sent, no response at all from customer service. Address on the invoice is somewhere in Hong-Kong, but no telephone number at all...
Rating on the website says excellent... but I could not leave any feedback there!

Poorest Customer Service ever

Like everyone here, I ordered beginning of January 2018 3 x ROOMOX XXL beanbag but then on January 5th I sent an order cancellation request which stills not being processed, no information - simply SILENCE but my account has been of course debited!
I contacted DESIGN YOUR HOME HOLDING AB and Design Your Home (DYH) since the brand ROOMOX™ belongs to, but of course no answer - All my emails (tickets) sent to the different entities are only listed under the same application dyhltd.kayako.com without being processed till today.
It is the first and the last time that I am ordering from any of this
brands: Design Your Home, ROOMOX™, Brooklyn Loft, Modern Interior,
Luxurious and Scandinavian Interior as they have the poorest Customer
Service. On top of that, Design Your Home (DYH) is having an offer to rent furniture! with such poor inexistent customer service, it is simply madness to allow this company to have access to your bank account on regular basis. And if there is no stock Roomox, DYH (valid also for the other brands) should simply not keep selling what they do not have especially with a FAKE limited discount that never ends !!!!! Recommendations : STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THESE BRAND same customer service philosophy!

Order canceled 4 months ago, money gone & no response

I ordered a bean bag like many others and given the long delivery times canceled it shortly afterwards. This was 4 months ago. Since then I have been claiming the reimbursement several times and they simply do not answer. I feel like they have stolen my money.
I actually wonder if they are still in business because the last thing I heard from them was that the reimbursement cannot be processed because their payment company terminated the contract with them.

Fraudulent!!

Like other reviews. Ordered a bag on late December to be delivered On the first half of January and still no arrived. Wrote a message but had no response.

Now I’m seeing many people complaining about faulty delivery.

I ordered a big bean bag on the 5th of january and I'm still waiting for it.
It doesn't make any sense to contact - you will never get an anwser. Only their sh**** tickets system will tell that it throughed your request to all the others.

Either roomox is cheating or already bankrupt ...

Never again and please don't do the same mistake....

Poor delivery time and no customer service at all

I have ordered a bean bag on 19th of December with a delivery of 1 to 2 weeks and I am still waiting for it more than a month later.

I would like to have at least information about my order to understand what is taking Roomox so long to ship it.

I have sent an email on 11th of January that is still unanswered. I would have like to call them but there is no contact number.

The customer service and interaction with the customers need definitely to be improved.
I have received alost 10 marketing emails since I registered but not a single feedback regarding my purchase...

AVOID

My sister thought she was buying a large bean bag. It's been months that her credit card has been debited. Goods not received, no luck with online so called customer service. Thanks roomox, she wanted bean bag to help her relax in her very stressful life (where she works full time but she struggles to support financially at least 4 others). I hope there is such a thing as karma!

Reported to the police

Placed an order AND PAID for it but haven't received anything yet. Been two months now and as for many others Roomox don't respond by email, phone or anything. I can understand if the demand goes up quickly and you cannot deliver as fast as you would like, but responding to your customers questions is the least you can do. So far very unprofessional and my advice is to stay away from this company until they can straighten out their problem.

Edit: Will now report this to the police since it is impossible to get in contact with Roomox. Almost three months now and not a word.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Apparently I’m not the only
one who ordered, PAID and never got the product and never a response!!! I sent serveral emails and messages and NO ONE cares. I only received ONE email that said according to them I didn’t pay, which is a lie. I sent them my proof of payment and never heard from them again.
I ordered dec 16, paid dec 18 and 4
weeks later still NOTHING!

Terrible!!!

Dear Roomox,

I am upset and I try to not let that lead me to write unappropriate... but you give me the feeling you are stealing my money.

We ordered beanbags with you over 1.5 month ago. We email you, as you dont have a service phone number we can call to get any feedback on our order. After I put my first review online, you answered asap, with is just even more frustrating! I am not a good enough customer to get an email answer back, but when I go online you can answer asap?

You said you were out of stock but you would get new deliveries by January 10th. Now it is a week later and even though I asked you via mail what the status is, I dont get a reply.

I myself work a lot in customer service and the way you deal with me as a customer is not acceptable.

I feel cheated and that you are stealing my money. I want to get in contact with you and I want the products I payed for.

I ordered two XXL beanbags on 10th …

I ordered two XXL beanbags on 10th November to be delivered to Denmark, and one turned up on 16th December. The beanbag itself was nice, and good quality, but I'd already contacted their support several times before this with no response. It was a bit rubbish that one of my kids got their Christmas present, but the other didn't!
Finally on 2nd January I got a response from support. My other beanbag was out of stock and would not get shipped until mid January. No option of a refund or any other option, and the ticket was closed.
I'm still waiting for the second beanbag, and hoping I'll get a DHL Germany email any day soon (this is the only indicator that parcel is on it's way).
Really disappointed with the level of customer service, and expectation setting.
Their motto is "Roomox - we make you smile".....err, not so much :(

EDIT 09/08/2018 : The company ROOMOX has been acquired by another company who now delivers properly the orders. I had the chance to talk with the support and they agreed on delivering my order even if I placed it on the previous company.

I've changed my rating to thanks the support and let a chance for this new owner to start doing something good with the brand.

Order placed on 22/11/17, the product is not yet delivered, even worst, no communication with Roomox so far. Have tried on facebook, email, support tool, sales widget.

Whatever the reason is, in 2018, such a customer experience is unacceptable.

Waiting since 3 December

I ordered on 03 december 2017 and until today (02 January 2018) my father is still waiting for his ROOMOX Air Lounge that I wanted him to receive for Christmas! Nothing was sent neither as there is no tracking code in my account. I sent an email to the company on 18 december but never received any reply to it neither. I am really, really disapointed.
