Outstanding customer service!
We ordered a beanbag, but because of an error at the local postal service point, it was sent back to Roomox. We contacted Roomox customer service - and Sasha Nicholson answered imidiately, and right away dispatched a new beanbag, now using another handling agent.
Within 5 days we received the beanbag. Once again - The service-level at customer support is very high and the handling is second to none! The product we received was 100% as expected and described!

Absolutely brillant
I've ordered a few beanbags for my little kids. Delivery was extremely fast and deal price already included shipping costs.... bargain! The quality is great, easy to clean and pretty strong. My kids love their new ROOMOX beanbags. Can only recommend that shop.

Ordered two beanbags. One was delivered on time and the second was delayed (because of the postal service). Emailed customer service and received a reply within a few hours. Very good service! The beanbags meets my expectations.

Great quality beanbag for fair price
Found Roomox on the web when I searched for a cheap beanbag. The beanbag was thought as a birthday present for my 5-year old daughter. Placing the order was very easy, delivery was amazingly fast. I was surprised about the box-dimensions... the XXL beanbag is huge. My daughter is now the happiest little girl in the world. She already decided to sleep one night on the beanbag. It's so huge that you can easily use it as a daybed. I can fully recommend that shop and their products. Everything worked like a charme.

Cheap and legit; but poor communication and slow delivery
Its impossible to find out about the legitimacy of this place on the web. The only reason I dared order from this place is that a friend of mine had done so before and recieved her delivery.
BUT it is legit and it is cheap and I did recieve my delivery - in the end.
Communication is non existing. After I was "registered" as a customer I got a confirmation. But after placing my order I heard nothing - weeks later I recieved a notice that my goods were onnthe way.
