2 weeks without delivery/update/contact.

Update:
Received 2 packages containing exactly what was ordered. Total delivery time was roughly 1 month which is not too bad. However, no word from customer service despite messaging. Product itself is fine, however I would still be cautious when ordering. Their public records on UK's companies house seem rather worrying.

Over 2 weeks since order with no contact even though their customer support seems to be responding here.

In case Roomox customer support sees this before my ticket on their official platform: I would like to refund my order, the order number is attached to this feedback. I'll be updating this review to reflect my experience better once I get the matter resolved.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! FRAUD - POLICE REPORT FILED - CREDIT CARD BLOCKED AND REPLACED!

Ordered and paid on Nov 26th 2017.
Dec 27th 2017: still no feedback - over a month after my order! Tried many times to get in contact via email and the web contact form Dec 9th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 27th, but with no response from Roomox. Since the goods didn't arrive before Christmas, I tried to cancel the entire order and get a refund. Still no feedback.

UPDATE Jan 10th 2018:
After publishing my review here on Dec 27th, the company magically responded and agreed to cancel my order, and to make a refund within 1-2 weeks. That seemed ok, BUT - after the two weeks they told me this:
"Unfortunately, the Credit card provider has blocked the payment, the payment was not received, and therefore the only available option for a refund is by chargeback from your card provider."

According to my credit card provider this is pure nonsense - the transaction has been processed normally, and there is nothing preventing Roomox from making a refund. The credit card provider recommended me to block and replace my credit card - since this fraud company now have my credit card number - and to file a police report. Which I now have done. So now the credit card provider will perform a fraud investigation to see if I can get my money back.

SO DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER ANYTHING!!!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Seriously... Roomox, maybe your customer support should start working, or finance department start re-paying?

I really do hope that your staff dont have to experience the disappointment of an 8-year-old expecting her “unicorn sack” to arrive “any day now”, and “maybe today mum?!” To “-I don’t think it will come mum, but do you think I will get my money back? Because if not mum, they are thieves right?”

Ordered November 24, three emails and still no contact. Come on!

Order never arrived

I ordered Kingsize roomox on November 23th, my bank account has been debited the day after but since that time no news of my order. I sent them a mail via their request form on their website, I also send them a mail to support@roomox .com , also contact them via facebook messenger but no answer. Impossible to contact them with telephone as they don't have a phone number, a lots of people are in the same case than me on the facebook page Roomox. But when you read comments on amazon, there are good so I don't know where the problem is.
The customer service doesn't answer and customer are waiting months after months for a ghost order ...
Bad experience I just hope that my order will arrive one day soon in France but I don't believe it....

I'm Marc from France. If I could give ROOMOX less than 1 star I would !
I bought a beanbag that was undersized compare to the description. Then I returned it and get a refund after a while. A couple of weeks after I discovered 62,10€ unduely taken from my credit card. And then hell began. After 2 months of asking me same proofs many times (bank statement), telling me the previous person in charge of my ticket has left, I received this (funny) answer : ""Our finance team has informed us that they could not locate a payment of 62.10€. Therefore we would like you to firstly contact your credit card provider and be sure if the amount got deducted". No in France, our bank is the only point of contact and if there is -62,10€ ref. Roomox on my statements I can't see where it got from and who benefits from it but YOU !

Great customer service & high quality products

I would like to give a feedback and to thank the Roomox team and Shaima A. in particular for all the help and support I’ve been given. In short, a simple international order of bags from other country to be delivered to another one has been turned into a long chain of mails, calls, requests and inquires. Something went wrong in the system right in the beginning and I never received an order confirmation yet the right amount of money was transferred from my account.
Thanks to Shaima the problem has been solved quite fast and the whole process from placing the
order to delivery to Spain, including clarifications took 2 weeks.

But unfortunately, the service level provided by DHL in the country of destination has not meet any quality expectations we used to expect from a local DHL in Finland, in other words the Spanish DHL was a catastrophe. Despite all calls, inquires and promises given to me by their office clerks - nothing worked.
After a month of a fruitless rapport with DHL, I had no other option but to ask Shaima for help again. Fortunately, she helped me to clear the situation and when the bags returned to stock, the new delivery from Germany to Spain was finally succeed just within 7 days.

I don't know if there is less than one …

I don't know if there is less than one star to give them!! bought their beanbags on the internet few weeks ago and did not receive anything. wrote emails and finally they told me that they are out of stock and they may send the beanbags after another 2-3 weeks!

opened a ticket requesting a refund and no response from their side. Then they responded finally telling me that they will refund me in 14 working days!

There is also no phone number to call, so you end up hoping that they respond to your emails.

AVOID!!

Ordered four XXL-beanbags

Update 271017:

Jonas on Roomox called me after my post here.

Jonas explains that they have had some difficulties with delivery of this specific product and that they have contacted involved persons. However something had gone wrong contacting me.

Furthermore they had not received my mails from the contact form on the website. Seems to be a technical issue if every one is true to their word.

My order should now soon be on it’s way and they have given a compensation for the complications in this case.

My impression is that Jonas has been very
forthcoming in this matter. And I do believe that this is a result of a series of unlucky events.
The reason I believe that is that the seem to have the will to do their costumer right.

The Swedish post office did what they …

The Swedish post office did what they usually do and left one package behind, after attempting multiple dissapointing pick-ups at the depot a quick chat with Roomox sorted the issue out and a new Beanbag was under ways - Fast and truly helpful support and a great comfortable product.
Great customer service is hard to find these days but I would say Roomox got it all figured out - Highly recommended from my side!

Thanks Moa !

Something unexpected happened when I was accepting my order and paying it with Visa. The order didn't go through the ordering system and wasn't visible in my ROOMOX Account but payment / blocking fee was visible in my Visa account.
I contacted help desk and got exceptionally good help from Moa.
She was able to solve the problem right away and guaranteed super fast delivery to me because of that minor delay even though the color of my product wasn't so called stock color.
Excellent service - thank you and I hope you are able to convey my regards to her (and her boss!).
-> without Moa my rating would be 3 but because of her it's 5 stars !

Fast delivery and good prices

I bought a XXL beanbag chair from Roomox.
I had an overall great experience and would definitely recommend using them!

The price was good, and the beanbag is in top material!
It was delivered a little less than a week after purchase including a weekend, which is quiet good considering it was transported from Germany to Denmark.

Only thing that needed a bit improving was the slow reply time from their customer service. But I got the reply I needed with the reassurance that if there were any problems they would step in and help.

I would recommend using roomox and I'll definitely use them again :-)

Experience could be better. DON'T BELIEVE THE COUNTDOWN.

This review has been edited to reflect my post-purchase support experience.

TLDR:
Great product (After being shipped extra filling for free).
FANTASTIC world class support.
Fake and illegal countdown.

The Experience:
When I ordered the ROOMOX XXL beanbag there was a giant countdown, stating the discount of 67% only lasted for 10 hours more. I thought that seemed really fishy, so I waited the 10 hours and the countdown instantly went up to 2 days. This form of advertising and "sale" is very illegal in many countries, including mine! But alas I still needed a beanbag and the price was low either way.
The product was shipped the day after I ordered and arrived in a big box 7 days after.

The Product:
The bag is nice and big. Made out of a rugged material. Though it is impossible for me to sit comfortable in it without leaning it up against a wall or a piece of furniture. Disappointing...

The Aftermath:
After posting this review Roomox's support contacted me insisting on trying to resolvemy issues with the XXL beanbag. They ended up shipping me a giant bag of filling for free. The filling resolved my issues with the beanbag.
This is absolutely the best support I've ever experienced. If you have any problems with your product, don't hesitate to contact Roomox. They will absolutely be able to resolve your issues.
