I would recommend Rooms4kids as the experience was positive, the product good, it was delivered on time and we were kept informed of when delivery would be. The only small issue is that the delivery was a little inflexible, if you couldn't make the suggested date, there would be a further longish waiting time.

Service was good, responded quickly to my enquiry and my follow up reinbursement issue. Product was fine.

Table arrived badly damaged and after being accused of damaging it ourselves it was left to us to contact manufacturer to arrange delivery of a replacement. No follow up from supplier and no apology. Will not deal with Rooms4Kids again or recommend them to friends.

I purchased bunk beds for grandchildren &found them to be very study quality bunk beds the kids absolutely love them

So far so good we received the goods as arranged and we received a phone call 10 mins prior to delivery which was excellent. Flat pack was all present and instructions were sound.

The bed is great very sturdy a slight different colour from pic but still good. Easy to put together but will need two people instructions easy to follow and all parts labelled where needed.

Rooms 4 Kids stated 10 days for delivery and this was true matress came first then the bed a week later. Had a call about the bed two days before and then called on the day to give you a time

We bought a day bed from you and were highly delighted with the speedy service, helpful over the phone advice and quick follow up when missing parts were dioscovered. We are very satisfied with the bed too. Thank you.

We bought a bunkbedd for our daughters for Xmas and ordered with plenty of time, it arrived safely and very quickly in well packaged boxes. Two of the parts were actually damaged so I emailed the company and they were brilliant sorted it all out for us and got replacement bits within a couple of days, would definitely recommend x

I ordered the Julian Bowen Sleep Station and tall chest, some items were damaged so I had to ask for replacements, which were sent out promptly. Some of the replacements were damaged so I had to ask for more replacements to be sent, customers services got them sent out from Julian bowen no quibbles. So really happy with service.

Bunk beds were lovely, look great, sturdy and easy to assemble. We did have a couple of pieces which needed to be returned as they did not match the excellent quality of the rest of the consignment...and I have to say that our problem was dealt with not only courteously and transparently, but also extremely quickly - within minutes even at an anti-social time of night, and our replacement parts were delivered rapidly.

This is the second time I have bought from this company and would do so again. Both times delivery was good and when I had a problem the first time with a Julian Bowen wardrobe, the manufacturer came out to check it and fixed the problem and finished the assembly.

Once I'd decided on the range of furniture I wanted, Rooms4Kids had the best prices anywhere online or on the high street.
They delivered nearly all of the items promptly, there was one error but it was soon resolved.
I'd definitely recommend them.
