the bottom bink is fab as its low to the floor so my 1yr 7 month old daughter can get in and out of bed without hurting herself and the ladders are fab as my oldest daughter got nystagmus so she finds it ileasyer to climb compaired to my sisters kids beds were she struggels to see where her feet got to go and the shelfs are really good for books and teddys to go on 10 out of 10

I ordered the Julian Bowen Wendy sleeper online (which was very easy) for my son and soon after I was contacted by Andy from the team to say that the warehouse was flooded!!! So instead if I wanted I could have the bed delivered earlier direct from the manufacturer with the gold service (am or pm slot with a call from the driver 1hr before) for free which would usually be extra!!!! Absolutely fantastic can't fault any part of my experience in fact they exceeded my expectations, Andy was a star and really went out of his way to sort the problem and was very professional. Do not hesitate to order with rooms4kids they are brilliant and so helpful will definitely be using them again!

Great service from my very first call to enquire about the product I was interested in, to the assistance received through the booking process, to the speedy response when enquiring about delivery and finally to the service recived when a couple of minor issues arrose with my product. The team at rooms4kids resolved this very quickly. I would definately use them again and would reccommend them.

The bunk beds were nice quality the only problem was they side were not numbered so took a couple of events to put together this would have been made easier for us as the beds were put up in a limited space.The mattress were good quality also the delivery was good and delivery men good the only minus problem was they are a little bit creaky

Ordered two desks with hutches and chairs. Although they took two weeks to arrive, the end result is great and both children are very happy. We now have tidier bedrooms, a proper place for homework and spaces for books ! Really pleased - thank you !

The website was easy to use, the service, confirming date and time for delivery was excellent and then the delivery men were very nice and made sure they put the package where it wouldn't impede anyone. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Cant fault them for the bed as it was far cheaper than the big name shops to buy from and it was with us within a few days of purchase. The only thing i can find fault with is the mattresses as i paid £99 for each one and my kid has done nothing but complain how uncomfortable it is as the springs dig into her

I read very positive reviews about rooms4kids so I ordered several pieces of furniture which were all delivered on time and in perfect condition. Customer care exceeded all my (already high) expectations - extremely responsive, proactively advising me on how to arrange delivery to best meet my needs and dealing with my concerns by arranging for the delivery folks to put each piece of furniture in the appropriate room. I cannot speak highly enough about this company.

We ordered the bed and communication on delivery was fantastic. Item arrived as promised and ahead of time. Item exceeded expectations and there was a small fault with in of the draws which required a new front. This only took one email and the parts were delivered free of charge the next day. Highly recommend this company as they were by far the cheapest but cheap did not mean service or quality dipped which was great.

the bunk bed was delivered quickly, my partner put it together on his own with no probs. my sons love it.

The bed is such good quality and it actually smells like good quality wood does. The staff and delivery men kept us fully informed of expected delivery date and time.
