There has been a defect in the chairs supplied by Jullian Bowen (unfortunately). But Andy with in 2 days got the issues resovled on 2 occasions.

I would highly recommend Roos4kids for their promptness and effectivenss in dealing with sales and importantly AFTERSALES servics.

Telephone assistance was helpful, furniture arrived as scheduled. It is good quality and just as we wanted - it is great in our 6 year olds room and shud suit her 4 years.

The bed is exactly what we wanted for my sons room and is really good quality. It is supplied by a local bed shop but their price was almost £100 more and the delivery was going to be another week.

Ordering was very easy along with payment. Delivery was great, order before 11am get next day, ordered after but that was fine as wanted the following day anyway. got call the next day to advise expected delivery time, driver rang in morning to advise could deliver earlier than expected which was great for me. Was very pleasant along with assistant. Great service from beginning to end. Parts all there, no issues, easy instructions to make up the bed, happy with our purchase and saved money into the bargain.

I have encountered nothing but exceptional service from is company and this was even with an issue with the product, which is nothing they could have known about, they resolved the product issue without any quibbles and exceedingly quickly. This is the first time I have used this company but it certainly won't be the last, massively impressed.

I ordered a desk, it was flat pack furniture. It was fairly easy to put together, there were too parts missing (both bits of plywood for bottom of drawer and back of desk) but I phoned the company and the missing pieces were delivered the next day. Very friendly customer service and good all round. Would certainly buy from again

I had looked at the furniture I purchased from the Julian Bowen range in a local showroom. I bought it for a fraction of the price . It was straight forward to assembly but time consuming.

Was very impressed with my interactions. The only slight annoyance was my email asking for delivery date was ignored but I got the info when I phoned (I was unable to find the info on the website as instructed in the confirmation email - might just be me, though...maybe I just didn't see it).

it was delivered in a timely manner - within 3 weeks.

The delivery company was polite when I called to schedule.

Delivery came first thing in the morning which is appreciated and they were lovely chaps who were very careful with boxes and my walls.

I bought mirror for my bedroom but when it arrived it was broken in 2 places I sent pictures of the damage to the company along with an e-mail and received an e-mail back immediately apologising and the company quickly made arrangements for a replacement to be sent to me..
I would certainly use the company again and was completely satisfied with the replacement.
