I ordered a mid sleeper bed with chair mattresses and free pillow. . Everything was delivered within the timescale provided apart from the pillow was missing. I emailed Rooms4kids and it was immediately sent out via courier for me to receive the next day. I cannot fault their service (or products) and even received an email on a Sauturday evening! I would certainly recommend the company from both the product and service side of their business, thank you.

The table and chairs arrived on my preferred day and when I had a question for customer services as to whether the pastel boxes were included in the same packaging, the response was a prompt yes. The product arrived in good condition. I am very pleased.

Bought a white wooden single bed frame. Lovely product but unfortunately one section was damaged on arrival. Emailed rooms4kids with a photo as evidence. They were apologetic and quickly sent a replacement. Can't really ask for more than that.

Bought two and very easy to put together but very sturdy. Girls both love them and now sleep alone very peacefully.

Required mattress ASAP contacted rooms4kids to see if possible next day delivery. Company confirmed that if I ordered mattress they would make sure it was delivered next day. Company as good as there word mattress arrived next day. Would recommend rooms4kids to anyone.

Can't fault bed at all, my 4 yr old is very pleased with her big girl bed. However communication about delivery needs improvement. Received an email the evening before delivery day when I was going to be working, delivery company brilliant though and delivered after work.

I would definitely use rooms4kids again. The delivery was fantastic with a friendly driver and the goods were not damaged and in excellent condition. The sleep station is worth every penny and my son is thrilled with his new bed. This particular sleep station is sold on several sites but the difference in price is ridiculous. Rooms4kids had already got good reviews and the price was cheaper than other sites so this ticked all the boxes. I would recommend this website with no hesitation.

We bought the cameo sleep station for our eight year old daughter. It is a lovely bed really good quality and a reasonable price. My husband and I put it together in about four hours. Very clear instructions. Delivery was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Firstly great customer service, I bought a mid sleeper bed for my daughter and she loves it, not to difficult to build with the instructions giving, great quality of materials. Would definetly use this company again, the delivery guys where great, I was suppose to get half hr notice of delivery they where unaware of this and waited for 30mins till I could get their, without complaint! great service all round. Happy customer :)

After a bad experience with Furniture 123, I was nervous about ordering and whether I would actually receive the product. However, trust has been restored with the service of rooms4kids and quality of the product and would certainly use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

Good product. I'd booked a particular delivery slot and there was a problem with availability for the bed on the day I'd ordered it. Staff contacted me swiftly to explain the issue and offered an alternative slot four days later. Delivery was spot on, by two very pleasant Julien Bowen employees. I'd certainly order from this company again.

Superb service and timely delivery of product.

Received the bunk beds two weeks after returning unacceptable kit from IKEA. Immediately liked them on opening and set about putting them together. This was relatively easy but made one mistake which could have been avoided if the instruction sheet had advised caution !! I think had the legs had been marked logically I would not have made the error which I recovered only after taking the beds apart. That apart would recommend this item to any parent/grandparent who want to give the kids more play space.

I was happy with the purchasing process and ease of website, also spoke to customer service about the product and very helpful. The date for delivery was agreed by birlea and waited in on the day however product did not arrive and was given no update. I had to call birlea to get information about the delivery and both the office staff and delivery driver were rude and blamed each other, the office did not know the product had not been delivered and the driver was not aware he was a day late! The driver was v unprofessional by criticising the company.
The service provided by Birlea was poor however the rooms4kids experience was both professional and efficient.

Very good company to shop with. And, the quality of the product I bought from them was good - a Julian Bowen chest of drawers.

Service was great and very friendly, the had a flood problem at there warehouse but informed me they would deliver our product straight from the manufactures and upgraded us free of charge. They kept us informed off all details and delivery. Very very happy with both there service and the product ! Would recommend to everyone, thank you very much :)

Have ordered a new dinning set recently which was delivered within the certain time slot given prior purchasing the product. I have to admit there was a slight problem with a crack in the table which I believe was a damage in transit, but with the prompt assistance from customer service team the product was replaced with new one so everything is spot on now. Great service, will use them again.

Fantastic ongoing after sales care offered even after 11 months of purchase. Very prompt email communications. Would always reply to emails with in few minutes/hours.
