Ordered a wardrobe and chest of drawers with a date for delivery within the week. Only issue was my 12-6pm delivery arrived at 10am and I didn't get home until 11.45. On phoning they contacted the delivery driver who came back 2 hours later to rede liver so in essence delivered when said. Very pleased with the product.

Our son is very pleased with his new bed. We checked many websites and rooms4kids offered the best value.
The bed itself is good quality and fairly straightforward to assemble but does take around 2 hours to complete.

Really nice solid wood. Not flimsy at all. Desk a little awkward to pull in & out so we r going to leave out anyway as have put some toys in storage boxes underneath.

In error I ordered cot bed size duvet-entirely my fault, yet company allowed me to return item for single bed size, despite warning them I had washed it. Would highly recommend them as well above their duty. I never normally reviews but feel they deserve recognition.thank you. Great great service.

I ordered the Julian Bowen domino bunk bed on line in white.was told how long I would wait for it.around that time I rang rooms 4 kids they told me the day delivery would be and confirmed it with a text before bed arrived.be very nice and sturdy kids v pleased easy enough for my husband to put up.all in all I got the best price and perfect service.thanks

Great service, there was a part missing but a replacement was sent out immediately. Very pleased with the overall look.

Few parts came defected, so contacted their customer service. They were very helpful and sent me replacement parts in just couple of days.

I would highly recommend them.

I ordered the left hand facing rather than the right hand facing by accident, realised my mistake the next day sent an email and this was changed with manufacturer, no problem at all. All round good prices and service.

Quick delivery, well packaged, easy to assemble. My 3 year old is absolutely delighted with his racing car bed, my 5 year old now wants one!

After searching for ages to find the perfect bunk beds I found these from a couple of places and this site was the least expensive and the delivery was well organised and quick.
I was notified of when the beds were coming and given a 2 hour window.
The beds themselves are great, very sturdy and look nice and the shelves are an excellent addition as my girls can keep all manner of toys and books on them, not to mention bedside lamps and a drink. My only negative and this is the reason for not giving 5 stars, is that the steps, whilst being quite wide and more solid could have afforded to have been more like actual steps, as they are, they are still ladder like, though with a wider step. I think they had the room to make them more like proper steps.
Also my daughters mattresses both fit fine, I was concerned that they were 20cm depth and not the recommended 18cm, but the bars at the top give ample protection. So overall am very happy.

We saw nest of tables in a furniture store and was given a 6 week waiting time. Saw them cheaper on kids 4 us and were delivered in a few days. Would use again.

Very good bed easy to put together my 4 year old loves it. Only down side was the courier left a part a there depot but after an email to a very good customer services arranged for it to be delivered the following day

Julian Bowen excellent quality furniture and easy to assemble. The free delivery is not efficient. They will only deliver when in your area so if you are not available on the delivery date you will have to wait until they are next in your area which is another 7 - 10 days. Alternative is to pay for delivery.
