I don't put reviews online for anything…however, I have made an exception for this company as I have received service over and beyond my expectations and I have been really impressed with the Steen Mid Sleeper Cabin Bed. It was so reasonable…I was convinced it was going to be poor quality….but I was more than surprised at the weight and quality of the wood. It is the perfect height too for my almost 5 year old who loves it. Rooms4kids managed to get me the bed in a week even though it is usually a 21 day delivery.
Great communication and really excellent customer service! I will definitely look at your company before all others first for future purchases. Thank you again and keep up the good work!

The midi sleeper is a solid piece of furniture and is excellent for my 5 year old Grandson. He loves it

The bed I ordered was competitively priced. The website was easy to use. The bed was delivered by a friendly and reliable company. Bed was easy to put together and it is incredibly sturdy and good quality. Altogether a very positive experience. Would use Rooms4kids again.

Very pleases with the bunk beds, all the pieces were there and it is made out of good quality wood, very sturdy ideal for our growing Grandchildren.

Ordered a Bowen white cabin bed for my daughter. Beautifully made. Very efficient delivery service and I was called when bed was ready to arrange the best day cor delivery. Efficient delivery men and friendly. Alot of boxes arrived with instructions, luckily. Had no problems at all and would definitely use the company again! 5*

I was impressed by the quality of the products. Instructions were a bit tricky but with time and patience everything came together. I had a problem with a couple of door knobs, which was resolved through a couple of emails. Overall, a quality product with good customer service backup.

We bought bunk beds, lovely furniture, they look lovely. We was unsure of delivery and we had to change it, they emailed us straight back on our enquiry. Great service

Good quality children's bed, better than I was expecting for the price I paid! I did pay extra for delivery on a specified day, and it arrived on that day - no fuss, no problems!

Having chosen the Julian Bowen mid sleeper it was just a choice of choosing a supplier. Rooms for Kids were offering the product at the same price as other online retailers so were very competitive, I chose them due to the reviews based on there customer service. Thank goodness I did!!
The product was delivered on time direct from Julian Bowen. Unfortunately when I unpacked the bed end, it was split. I e mailed rooms for kids and had a reply within 30mins from Andy, he advised to carry on building all the products to check nothing else was damaged and advised that he would sort the problem out once it was all built. About an hour later he personally called me to discuss the process of replacing the damaged part.
Once it was all built I sent Andy confirmation of the damaged part and a part that was missing, he then arranged for the parts to be delivered later that week. Andy confirmed the parts were ready and I just had to call Julian Bowen to arrange delivery date. Replacements delivered on time and all fine. If you have to choose between companies who are all offering the same product I would choose rooms for kids as the customer service was second to none.

I would recommend this company without hesitation. I had a stress-free purchasing experience, which is all I wanted. The products were as described, arrived on time and without damage. All in all, a good shopping experience and if the need arises I will use room4kids again.

I have made to separate purchases from Rooms4kids and I cannot praise the service I received received enough. They were professional, helpful, and above all competitive with all of their prices.
When my goods arrived they were well packaged and I was informed of the delivery day well in advance. The delivery men were so helpful and accommodating.
All-in-all I had a positive experience and I cannot rate the company highly enough.

I really like the product, it feels good quality and as described and good price. The contact from the company was also good. The only criticism I have is that I think the price for assembly was a lot for what was offered. The units were assembled but the bed wasn't and this took some time to do. For the price of assembly I think it would be good to have at least some of the bed made up rather than the just delivery drivers dropping off the furniture assembled and the bed unassembled. I also have not managed to get the desk to work yet but I need to look into this more fully.

Bed frame, as described feels solid. Matresses not very comfortable can feel the spring/ cheap.

I wanted a Julian Bowen, Hamilton, table and chairs that were out of stock and was having a terrible time trying to find them. Then I received a call saying that they had one set in stock and got them to me very quickly. I can't remember the gentleman's name (Adam or Andy perhaps) however, his customer service was excellent. I'm delighted with my purchases, the price was fantastic, the quality was great, there was very little self assembly required. The chairs were fully assembled! It's been a few months since I received them and am still delighted with the functionality and the look of them. I would have no hesitation in recommending and have recommended this company to friends.
