What a fantastic company to deal with. Received our Julian Bowen oak bedroom furniture and was delighted with it. Lovely delivery driver. Furniture was really well packed. Very good communication from Andy who always responded quickly to any e mails I sent - even just after 7 am ! We would definitely order again.

Customer satisfaction is there main priority and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are lovely, great communication and they really do want you to be 110% happy with your order. I can't praise them enough. Andy is an absolute diamond and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I am delighted with my sons new bed. I ordered The Julian Bowen Hornblower Trundle in Pine. It is very sturdy with beautiful craftsmanship.
I live up in the Scottish Highlands, and there courier charge was also better than anyone else.

Not many companies care but this one does! I had a missing part in my bed and sent an e-mail on Sunday and nearly fell off my chair when I received a response on the Sunday night at 10pm. The following morning Monday, Rooms4kids sent me another response to confirm the missing part had been sent out and I received it the following day.

Just sold me a product that they don't have in stock. Andy what is the point to offer me different doll? Truly me dolls reflect the child so no point offering me different doll. And all this hassle with delivery charge, pointless... Would not recommend
As to respond to your comet Andy, again it is a shame you don't realise the process of refund since you are dealing with other people's money: between me ( a customer) and you (the seller) there are others to be considered(PayPal and card issuers). As you are able and willing to refund immediately "others" will take their time to physically refund the money to the account ( and this is what happen in this case). I appreciate they do it immediately in most cases, unfortunately not in this case. And if you think my daughter would be happy to receive an American Girl Doll t-shirt instead of an actual doll, I will not even comment here as words cannot express my feelings about it. Yes, number 39 and 59 are quite close to each other, but it is not a solution since no.59 is the desired one. Do appreciate your gesture of a free doll's tshirt but won't accept it as it is pointless without a doll.

Bear in mind your offer of free goodie bag was conditional: if I Remove my comment from Trust pilot, please familiarise yourself with PayPal policy as it is clear 3 to four working days.

And I am sure you can learn from Argos how to deal with last product in stock and where to place them in your stockroom, never keep them together with full lines of product as it will be 99%error.

We recently ordered the Julian Bowen Kimbo Cabin Bed as my daughter had set her heart on it. I was reluctant to say the least as I hadn't heard of rooms4kids or Julian Bowen for that matter.

There was a slight misunderstanding with the web order ( probably my fault ) but an email to rooms4kids was immediately responded to and the problem was solved. Andy really did his best to resolve the issue and the bed turned up the very next day and within time slot we were given.

The bed was easy to assemble, all parts present and correct and very good quality too, better than the Ikea bed that I also assembled recently for our son.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered from rooms4kids after looking at all their outstanding reviews and was not disappointed. The product arrived on time in a very professional way, and when one part was not perfect, I received an unexpected response on a Sunday. Rooms4kids were caring, helpful and no wonder everybody recommends then. A fantastic company!

I have never received such rude and unacceptable customer service from any one before. My delivery did not arrive on time and when querying the problem, I was met with hostile responses and conflicting reasons from Andy. I can’t comment on the bed as it was damaged before it arrived and therefore sent back. I would never recommend using this company, and I cannot convey how disappointed I am by the service and attitude.

The Jessica Daybed from Julian Bowen was the best around and we certainly looked! Great for overnight guests and looks gorgeous. The care and help from Rooms4kids was exceptional and would recommend without hesitation!

I ordered a set of drawers and a small bedside cabinet. After we decided to change the bedroom around, the cabinet wouldn't fit. I emailed Rooms 4 Kids at 22:41pm on 17th March 2016 and asked if I could cancel the cabinet.
Andy emailed me back at 7:59am on 18th March, and confirmed it wasn't a problem he had cancelled the unit in question and returned the full amount. It was in my Paypal before 8:00am.
This clearly has been the best ever customer service I've received. Thanks Andy, we will definitely check out Rooms4Kids again when we're looking for furniture in future.

Competitive Price, home delivery within the stated timeframe, and all components arrived at the same time. So far so good.
There was a faulty component, as well as a missing component for the Julian Bowen Barcelona SleepStation that I purchased. Andy at rooms4kids.co.uk has been superb each time I contacted about him about these two separate issues, and replacement parts were delivered free of charge within a couple of days for both bits, with no fuss or hassle from rooms4kids.
I have to say that the Customer Service given by rooms4kids (i.e. Andy) has been outstanding and, based on my experiences of the company, I would strongly recommend using them.
I am very happy with the quality of the product that I ordered as well. Very pleased.

Product = I ordered a kids sofa for my 18m son's bedroom. It was by far the best price on the internet, it is really well made and the removable washable covers mean that I won't have to fuss about how my son uses (abuses!) it. My son is absolutely thrilled with it. Humpty isn't even allowed to sit on it.
Company = The customer services department were extremely helpful and quick to communicate throughout the process. I would recommend the company Rooms4Kids as well as the sofa itself.

A first class service provided. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and his team. The bed and furniture was delivered as promised and when contacted to report that one small piece was missing Andy immediately had it shipped out to us. I bought a 2-Door Wardrobe and 5 Chest of Drawers from the Julian Bowen Minuet range from rooms4kids as they offered the best price on the web for these two items. I also wanted to buy the King Size Bed Frame from the same range, but initially rooms4kids were not the best price on the web.

However, I called them the following day after placing my online order (Saturday), and despite not actually being open for sales calls, Andy answered the phone took my call. He was absolutely fantastic - nothing was any trouble and I got an immediate sense of here is a company who want to help their customers.

Andy beat the best price I had found for the King Size Bed Frame (£219.97), and easily added this to my order.

My order now for all three items will come in approx 14 days, which is perfect for me being in my new house and will be delivered with their Gold Standard Service, direct from Julian Bowen themselves, with a 2 man team of deliverers who will place into a room of my choice!....and this delivery if FREE!

Absolutely brilliant as it gives me the confidence that this part of my move will pass hassle free.

Wonderful Bed at a great price, Andy in customer service was fantastic when the delivery company let me down and sorted everything out immediately.

Having tried to order a steens midsleeper from 2 other companies prior to using kids 4 beds, these guys were a breath of fresh air. I explained the issues i had with the others, Andy in customer service made sure he checked delivery of the item so i didnt have the same problems, bearing in mind they also use the same delivery courier as one of the previous companies who failed to deliver.
Great product, really good quality although did take 5 hours to put together!
It just shows that with good management even using a poor delivery company you can keep your customers happy!

After another supplier shipping me the Julian Bowen Cameo sleep station in the wrong colour and then advising it would take another 3 weeks to get the correct bed, I contacted Andy at Rooms 4 Kids and he sourced me the right bed, in the right colour, at a great price for delivery direct from Julian Bowen within 3 days!

Such a relief to deal with a company who go that extra mile to help you out.

I'd been looking for the perfect cabin bed for months and finally found it with this company quite by chance. It was the best price I could find and unbelievably with free delivery. However, we wanted it next day so paid a reasonable fee for that service.

We did have a problem with the delivery of the bed. Please note THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF rooms4kids. The delivery came in 6 packages - only 4 turned up. I rang rooms4kids to report the problem and spoke to Andy who completely took charge of the issue. He was fantastic and kept me updated every step of the way. In the end he arranged replacement packages to be delivered to me direct from the manufacturer. He was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful, a real credit to the company. If only all companies were made up of people like Andy!

You take a chance buying on line with companies you've previously never heard of. In this instance, the gamble paid off and we couldn't have been happier with the customer service we received. Would definitely order from rooms4kids again.
