Excellent service from design to installation. Attention to detail was first class. Dana and Viktor, our installers, completed the work quickly, neatly and with great expertise. They were brilliant all the way through to the end. Customer service was great too. Very quick and responsive. We loved this company and cant recommend them highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience with Roomsense kitchen supply and installation company from start to finish. The quality of the product is excellent and you can really see the difference in the materials and finish.

What stood out most was their knowledge and guidance during the decision-making process. They took the time to explain the options clearly, which made choosing the right kitchen far easier and gave me real confidence in the final design.

The installation team were equally impressive — professional, precise, and clearly very experienced. The standard of workmanship was outstanding and the attention to detail throughout the installation was second to none.

Overall, the whole process was smooth and handled with a level of professionalism and excellence that is hard to find. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen supplied and installed to a very high standard.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. From my first contact with Ian and his team through to the completed kitchen, every step was handled with professionalism and care.

The schedule was adhered to throughout and accommodated my availability perfectly. The surveyor was lovely — thorough and unhurried, taking precise measurements and offering great advice on how best to utilise the space, including the optimal placement of units and appliances.

The fitting team (Victor & Dana) were outstanding: efficient, tidy, punctual, and clearly took great pride in their work. They were respectful of my home at every stage and worked seamlessly to schedule.

As for the final result — after 20 years of waiting to update my kitchen, I couldn't be happier. Even organising a skip was effortless, as Ian recommended a company that were both very reasonable and punctual.

I also appreciate the reassurance that I can contact them of there are any issues. Excellent!

Creepy salesman started taking photos of my living room and my fireplace . I caught him and made him delete the photos . Said it was to let the “workman know where they would be working … “ the kitchen workman would not be in my living room .Kept going on and on about my husband not being there . I am very worried and also for other women . Do not use

Rita Silva here (HU12SS). You people should be ashamed of yourselves as professionals because you do not reach the criteria to be called one. The only thing you know is to repeat the same babbling as a scratched disc. Stop trying to throw sand in people's eyes because only a stupid person wouldn't see the rubbish you're throwing out. You keep on talking about the wrong measurements. The ready doors has one measurements how about the pieces you sent out for the doors to be made by the kitchen fitters, are they the same sizes as the already made ones? No they are not. So stop trying to confuse people. I hope someone out there will take time to read your reviews before purchasing anything with you as I did. And I promise you, for the next five years or more, I'll remember to drop a reminder on your reviews page to remaind people of what are you exactly after having the buyers money in your bank account.

Victor & Dana were just wonderful throughout the whole experience of fitting my kitchen. They were very clean workers always clearung up. Checked everything was perfect and kept me up to date throughout the fitting process.
I am over the moon with my new kitchen & can't quite believe how fabulous it is. Every step of the process has been fantastic & I was amazed at the speed of the whole thing. Thank you RoomSense team. DJ, my designer was great and very patient with me (as a woman, I changed my mind a couple of times!). The phone is answered very promptly and everyone was helpful. Big thanks to Ian and to Jay as well. Thoroughly recommend RoomSense and so pleased I chose this company. Thank you.

Victor and Dana were fabulous kitchen fitters. There was a hick up as rhe original sales sales person missed off a couple of my requests. Although these were sorted out on the end it delayed getting it finished. However I am very pleased with the end result. The cabinets are well made and my kitchen looks lovely and fresh. Viktor and Dana did a fantastic job of fitting my new kitchen. Very professional and proactive in resolving issues that arose with the electrics within my flat. Nothing too much trouble. Their craftsmanship, and that of the wall and floor tilers, is excellent. Worked very hard every day - perfectionists!

This is the most useless company I have encountered. Especially the woman on the phone is as useless and rude as someone can be. Once she has taken your money, God forbid you have an issue. She took my money, despite offering finance and when I wanted it back, she refused and said I should take the finance out on the reminder of the money. If you claim under guarantee they tell you to have to go to the manufacturer of the kitchen. Also this woman outright refused to even consider a claim within the guarantee period. That is the biggest joke. They do not even know basic consumer rights law. They claim that their kitchen are of higher grade than Wickes, B&Q, ect. but that is absolutely not true. I had kitchen from B&Q, Ikea, Wren. They are all good and better priced and more important far better costumer service. The woman that takes the call makes buying a kitchen from them a nightmare. Their male staff is more reasonable. It’s about your company. Many reviews here share the same experience.Unfortunately, I was your customer and spend over 10k. Just do better and don’t defame ex customer. I was your customer 💯

Dana and Victor made the kitchen fitting and everything in between a perfect experience. What absolute stars!! Our beautiful kitchen was installed, with a bump in the road with an additional steel which added time but the builder and the team worked so hard to complete. I am sitting now at my lovely island surrounded by beautiful cabinetry, so pleased. Thankyou so much to all the team but in particular Dana for her understanding and empathy with the unknowns and Victor for his excellent workmanship. Dana made sure everything was clean and tidy throughout. Shout out to DJ, Steve and the surveyor. I want to add pictures but not sure how to, colleague at work said it’s like something out of a magazine!
