Very impressed with bare root quality. Excellent size and value for money. Delivery price very competitive, and extremely well packed. I left mine in the box for a week due to circumstances and they were fine. Only complaint was when an item became unavailable, the entire order was held back with no notifications until I enquired. The admin. response was quite unsympathetic and robotic, which let the company down slightly. But the order was sent immediately.I'll make sure to get my order in early next spring when they will have a fresh supply. I just hope that they won't allow our country's problems to spoil what their company is achieving, and they can keep their present standards going. Thankyou to Roots, keep up the great work.!!
